The Thrustmaster wheel to G25 pedal adapter costs $19.95 here, however, it's only for the pedal set. An adapter for the shifter isn't available yet, but there is a work in progress.

Thank you đź‘Ť

You gave the answer to your question alreadyI just don't get why a console company and a aftermarket wheel company can't get together and figure it out instead of both of them screwing the consumer over in an already expensive technology age. I personally like my g27 and it works for my needs just fine, that's why I bought it. Now I have to buy more unnecessary expensive hardware to get the same enjoyment I had years ago. I call bs on all of it!
New yes, i had to spend 100 bucks extra on an OS (you can find windows 7 for 25€), wireless keyboard, USB receiver for my 360 pads and an ethernet cable.
Still, i prefer laying down 800 all included for a gaming pc than for a console + thrustmaster.
Don't forget on a console you have to buy the online subscription and an extra pad also (if you have mates), so it's basically the same price yet i never have to worry about compatibility anymore and i can play the best racing sims.
But if you really want a new wheel then i guess for you the PS4 option is the one.

That is unless there is more underhanded business shenanigans going on behind the scenes than we know about!
But you're gonna be subbing to PS Plus for more than one year, aren't you? Over the lifetime of the console, it's going to be 200 bucks or something like that. You can get a decent boost in PC performance for that price. And PC games generally cost less too. The usual 10% off you get as a PS Plus bonus usually doesn't make the games cheaper than the full price of the PC version. Also ps plus 1 year costs less than a new game in here, a new game over here cost around 64 - 74 usd's ! even one time when I was going to buy gta v (with pre order bonus) on the ps3, it cost me around 80 usd!!! For the 1 year ps plus I had to pay just around 50 usd.
I was going to build my own gaming PC (my price for the Laptop, smart phone, PS4...etc could have gone into a strong high end Gaming PC) but i have brothers who wants to play on the ps4 (yes i'm not the only one who play video games in my house) so we had to buy a ps4. At the end it's my problem, not anyone else. But you're gonna be subbing to PS Plus for more than one year, aren't you? hmmmm...... GTA V on steam costs the same price as what i payed for the PS4 remastered version, both are $59.99 USD, not sure why the prices are like that in here.I don't have a list over prices in the past that I can check, but for me, GTA 5 costs roughly 10% less on Steam than it does on PSN. But that might also be a pre-order bonus. I'm not sure, I'll know for sure the 14th i guess.
It's just Logitech no wishing to work on it. Period.
Fanatech chipless wheel will work on ps4 since they developed the drivers, so the ball and fault is 100% in logitech hands. Hope they'll finally move and do something about it.
It's not between the console company & wheel company, it's between the wheel manufacturer & game dev. Sony have already said that it's up to wheel manufacturers to supply drivers to game devs, & this seems to be the case as it's what Fanatec have done for SMS. Now it's up to Logitech to make their own drivers for the PS4 & work with game developers to get them into their games. That is unless there is more underhanded business shenanigans going on behind the scenes than we know about!
Publishers love to separate markets so that they can charge as much as possible in any given area .hmmmm...... GTA V on steam costs the same price as what i payed for the PS4 remastered version, both are $59.99 USD, not sure why the prices are like that in here.
Hmm, Logitech have upset lots of customers and Logitech make more than just steering wheels.I think you are both correct. I also heard about some third party interference elsewhere. I believe it was Immersion, and I think they are to receive a substantial fee for drivers on the PS4. If (BIG IF) this is the case, it doesn't seem (to me) likely for Logitech to get into the market as there is no big upside (as the majority of people it will help already have the wheel so it won't lead to many new sales).
While there is probably some merit in this argument, in the end people usually end up just buying based on price/value/performance/features. I wouldn't pass up a good deal on a Logitech product to buy something more expensive or with less features at the same price nor would most people. I stuck it to Sony though by not buying a PS4 and switching to pc where this kind of obsolescense isn't really a factor.Hmm, Logitech have upset lots of customers and Logitech make more than just steering wheels.
I for one have recently purchased some PC hardware and I purposely avoided buying Logitech branded products. I won't be buying anything from Logitech in the short to medium term because of how I (the customer) am not happy with what has happened.
So indirectly, Logitech are loosing sales.

If you run a league online play with PC sims will be a lot better too đź‘ŤYup. I did the same, for the exact same reasons. In fact, half of my league membership is going this same route for exactly the same reason. PS4 + New Wheel + pCARS = Too much $$ (especially when my current G27 is only 15 months old). New PC parts cost less than PS4 alone.
BS. Been there done that. I was a part of the Master Race, and most online gaming on pc is filled of cheaters, modders, lag exploiters etc etc. Also the rate of game abandon on pc is usually very fast and people spread out amongst 10000 sims, mods etc etc.If you run a league online play with PC sims will be a lot better too đź‘Ť

Sure you can find great gaming but it's not easier than on ps4 or xbox. It's the people not the medium making the experience.

No playstation exclusives for you, my friends!
And that's the point. It's all about software. I like the ps4 exclusives that's why I bought one (instead of xbone or pc)! Plus, I don't want to waste time and nerves to get this driver running and optimize that setting... to finally get it working. No Pc exclusives for you my friend
Backwards compatibility FTW! A.k.a. people are already using them with the Windows 10 preview. What if the Logitech wheels will not be supported on Win 10?

Well that's good news:tup:Backwards compatibility FTW! A.k.a. people are already using them with the Windows 10 preview.
Then people will find a driver hack that enables it.What if the Logitech wheels will not be supported on Win 10?
That will be great for theglobalEuro zone economy with the amount of Logitech wheel owners lol
