OFF TOPIC:Is it really worth it buying 9 games in PSN US?
The games are:MW2,DEAD SPACE 1 & 2,JUST CAUSE 2,MIDNIGHT CLUB LOS ANGELES COMPLETE EDITION,CRYSIS,MX VS ATV ALIVE,RED DEAD REDEMPTION,RE5 GOLD EDITION.

Do you guys use Full RGB in ps3?

Full RGB is for when you are using a display that has Full RGB. Most computer monitors use Full RGB, most TVs use limited RGB.

If you set the RGB to Full on your PS3 and your display has limited RGB, you will lose some of the top and bottom end of the RGB scale - that's why it's a good idea to match the setting to your display.

If you are not sure which RGB standard your display has, you can always contact the manufacturer to find out.

I've got a question. Does the Data Transfer Utility work from Fat PS3 ---> Fat PS3? I assume it does (because it would be obnoxious to have the instructions on Sony's website be written the way they are if it didn't), but I don't want to do all the stuff to set it up, and then whoops! No dice.

I see no reason why it wouldn't but having never used it I can't say for sure.

This isn't a matter of 2-3 hour maintenance that one can shrug off as nothing. Sony has had these long outages to "fix things" since November of last year. Want proof? Here are the times, as logged by the PSN blog in the US that the network has been down(retrived as of post time):

November 17th, 2011: 8 AM to 10 PM PST
January 19th, 2012: 8 AM to 9 PM PST
February 1st, 2012: 6 AM to Midnight PST
March 4th, 2012: Noon to 2 AM March 5th, 2012 PST.

In case anyone was wondering, it does. I went from a CECHA -> CECH-30A -> CECHA without any problems.

I bought legend of dragoon and I can't seem to transfer it to my PSP (it is registered with the PS3 correctly) did they remove this feature? The store still says for psp and ps3.

I have been using my PS3 for almost 2 years with the composite rca cables and HDMI cable(I have both audio and video set to HDMI) and today I thought about one thing: do I really need to use both or I can just unplug the composite rca cables that came with the PS3?

The bold answers your own question, the other cables are doing nothing so of course you can unplug them.

Have you tried a straight download from the store on to your PSP?

At your suggestion I just tried it now and it appears to be working, shame they seem to have removed the copy method since wifi is weak in most of my house. At least there is an alternative method.

I've had a few quirky issues with Minis recently. Maybe the shared files are handled differently now.

Today I randomly turned on my PS3 and I heard it shutdown (can't remember if I was pressing the button at that time), anyway when I turned it on again it asked me to set the time and date again. After that everything seems okay but I just wanted to know if I should be worried with this?

I don't thinks so... Mine has done that before. I just shrug and re-set the time. So far, no problems (had mine since the second gen. fats came out).

Another question. Imagine that I only have 1 username with lots of games and dlc's, if I create a new one and remove the main username (with the save game data saved in a USB) would I be able to use the same PSN account with my save files again?

Sorry, I misread the question. Yes, you should be able to access your PSN purchased content since that is tied to your PSN account, but using game saves, no.

I'm still signed into PSN, but I can't access online features of games or the PS Store. I generally don't mind sudden PSN outages, but I want to redeem the code for Jewel Keepers: Easter Island and Urbanix.
