Sorry bout that. I had jumped off GT5 with intent of posting. Puppy demanded attention them got tied up with him. We both fell asleep on the couch. Hahaha

Outlaw had some bad luck. Went from 12.7's and 12.8's to the 13.3/13.4 in his official run. Everything looked good but this track only takes one tiny mistake and you time drops .5 or more.

Was getting low 14's then finally got my first turn groove and started knocking down 13's. Best of a 13.400 with a few more in the mid 13's

Shame I messed up the last corner as my T2 split was a 55.8xx and I should have run a 12.7 at least, however, after a very quiet night, I had 2 text messages and some random enter the room as I was running my Quali'

I'm pretty sure only one or two is even capable of running that as their PB, let alone run it during qualifying.

This also means my chances of winning has plummeted to 5%. I'll probably get tied up fighting for second.

So here's some thoughts...

I'm free Saturday and not Sunday.
It's not fair for me to be able to qualify in front of signed D1 drivers.
It's a new, undriven course, which means practice is essential.
If I can't race because a full grid of D1 shows up, practicing and learning the track will become 100% wasted time, as I'll probably never see this track again.

So I've determined that if I can't get a definite yes, I'll have to skip it. Only because it's just not worth all the time required to end up not racing.
The only reason I mention it as a possibility to get a definite yes is that D1 has had almost 2 weeks to qualify and there's only 12 times on the board.

Whatever's decided is fine with me, jus axin is all/

hey everyone i know it is late into the season but i am interested in getting back into some clean competitive gt5 racing. i have read all of the info on this series and i filled out the registration form. now i have one question:

i signed up for division 1 as my preference, but i am also available during the division 2 time slot. if division 1 is full, can you place me into division 2? i honestly dont mind which division i am in. i picked div 1 because i recognized more names on that list.

Either division works fine. You have to qualify your way into the race.
