Yeah that's right Replay. 2% time penalty when qualifying past deadline.

Let's have a good result today in the epic Inter-League Challenge. Good luck to our representing drivers!

Every one's welcome to watch the whole thing on my live stream linked in my sig, I'll be providing live commentary.

Crazy finish... :embarrassed:

GJ team pure with the podium sweep. 👍

So if today's events are any implication, I'll be missing tomorrow's race guys. 👎

Current PB of 13.708 and probably can't even use it. :yuck:
Guess we'll see tomorrow, internet upgrade won't kick on until Monday, of course. That's assuming my modem isn't dying, which I think it is.

Might be PMing you Eddie and Tim, about buying a modem very soon.

Congrats to Team Pure on clinching the Inter-League GT500 Challenge! I'm re-running the broadcast in the stream if you want to check it out.

I started up a room for qualifying:
1472 6118 4130 9221 0583

On my way to at least test my connection and hopefully watch some quali runs. 👍

I'll join to watch as well.

And congrats to Team Pure!! Eddie that was a good broadcasting. I'm joining you at some point, eh?

Can I run or fill in with yall? I'm buds with owens and others and joined a room today and was directed to the thread... Anyhoo, I'll read a bit more and see what else i need to do.

My lap wasn't clean guys!

So I'll have to take the second lap, which was definitely clean:

Thumbs up for calling your own laps fault Wardez.

Exactly the kinda people that Keep me racing GT5. Honest and clean.

Hi guys. I'm back from London..
I met Daniel (Paginas) in London for a few hours and went to my friends gig... And a few beers as well. Awesome to meet you man. 👍
Too bad you had to leave early... Or not.. ;) Let's just say that you'd been at work for quite some time when I finally find my way back to the hotel.

Quali Discussion:
Bottom line, I want everyone to quali. If you don't because of tactical reasons, it's ok. Just make sure to state so in the thread. Cause if you do not quali, and do not state your intention, it will be viewed upon as a "No Show".
It's perhaps strict, but me and Wardez strong belief is that we need to have expectations on eachother when it comes to commitment and communication to keep the level in the championship as a whole up to standards.

Track limits: 2 wheels on track/White Line/Rumble strip at all times.
So yes, you can "cut" pretty much in Eau Rouge.. As long as 2 wheels touch the curb, you're good. 👍

Hmm I'm planning not to qualify. very different reason than yours.

Different reasoning, not really a different reason. You also are doing it to minimise your chances of having incidents, except mostly in the second race. You're still not going to endanger me in the first corner/Eau Rouge because that would spoil your whole plan of winning from the back.

Yeah.. Definitely a great job by everyone representing PURE. Congrats to Adam, Tony, and Brock. Good job Adam on the double win. Brock and Tony had it rough in the beginning of race 2, but hung in there and finished well. Another impressive show of piloting by you guys.👍

Eddie... great job on the stream bud. That was really cool with the commentary. Changed it from a replay to an event!👍

As for my day representing WSGTC... it didn't go so well. Unfortunately I am not as capable as the above 3 at recovering from some strange driving by others. I will just say I am glad I am in PURE and WSGTC and not a certain other series.

I feel I need to step back a bit. I am going to race tomorrow but, today just gave me a bit of wonderment why I spend so much time racing. It is supposed to be fun and a break from other life stress. Unfortunately today for me it was neither.

I figured it would be best to ask you guys, Wardez and Denilson, to make sure if we can add a driver.
We had him run a qualifying lap for D2, set up in the Petronas CS430 which to my knowledge was free. (the only free car I could think of )

So he's tentatively scheduled for tomorrow if you guys give the go ahead.
Wasn't sure about driver count, etc. A possible incentive to qualify?

EDIT: Apparently Replay has taken the SC430? Ok, that makes it more interesting.

Ironically I also had one of those days, but I didn't race.

Yeah.. real bummer about your connection Dom.

I think both of us would gladly switch days. But at the end we might wish for our own back.:ouch:

I had/have the pace to run with the big three today and tomorrow, don't get many chances like that.:indiff:

I have updated the spreadsheet for him in D2. But he's not in the gate19 yet so...

Since we thought REPLAY07 was out (He had some personal stuff to attend to that I did not know of), we put Scanny_Flick in the YELLOWHAT GT-R with Paginas.

REPLAY07 had to take the PETRONS TOM'S SC430 since it's the only available car (As CSL had already fighured out by himself.. 👍 )

So there's only reserve slots left I'm afraid.
A reserve driver can only use 1 of the "Customer Cars":
STEALTH GT-R
WOODONE ADVAN GT-R
STEALTH NSX
EPSON NSX
BANDAI DIREZZA SC430
ENEOS SC430

Allowed specs are in the OP. 👍

He mentioned the Epson NSX after viewing the thread, so he might be happy to take it actually.👍
He also mentioned the Bandai, which I didn't know was a customer car, so he may want that too.

I would recommend the Stealth GTR or Stealth NSX before either tbh.

Damned!!! His splits hasn't been posted here?
No I thought that was what Wardez left to do right after Biffy's run, but I was wrong.
I'm sure he has the time though.👍

Correction:
There's one spot open.

Sadly, Remy_K have to withdraw from the Championship because of work.
It's sad for PURE and for my team to loose such a great driver.
I wish you the best of luck with your new job. And I respect your decition to 100% mate. I'll do my best to at least get a tad closer to your skills.

So there's 1 regular spot left.
That would be in my team with the RAYBRIG NSX..

Alrighty, the host of D2 needs to keep this in mind, this will be posimosh's first time with our procedures, so let's do what we can to make it painless guys.👍

It's a lot to learn in a night, so keeping the chat box clear and answering any questions he has at race time will be critical, along with obviously not kicking him.

Related note - I saw a lot of swerving in D2 on the formation lap from last race.👎
At least 4 drivers were swerving, which is not allowed guys, knock it off. Damage before the race, restarts, etc for boneheaded moves is not enjoyable for anyone, and that's the reason swerving or "warming tires" is forbidden in the formation lap.

Not to preach, or anything.
But swerving on formation lap has been discussed a few times.

Edit: Dennis/Eddie, Will Posi's qualifying lap count for starting position?
Also Posi - Do you want to be a reserve or commit to the series as a whole? If you wish to fully commit, you can take the Raybrig NSX and be Dennis' teammate, if you can only make some races, you can pick a customer car, just make sure it's to spec when procedure is started.👍
Room entry time is 12:35 EST - So everything can be handled in order to start promptly at 1:00PM EST. 👍
