Questionable modifications: pictures inside!

Not questionable whatsoever. Gotta take the gear to the track somehow since driving the GT3 the whole way there is way more fun than a plasticky pickup hauler.

Curious to see how they worked around the exhaust for the hitch. The Lotus guys who homebrewed the same thing didn't have to deal with low exhaust exits like that.

Have no idea... no pics of the underside.

Actually... the really questionable modification is on the inside:

Elmo? Ewwwww.

But I guess if you're going to use a GT3 as a family car, might as well go the whole hog. :D

The slammed two tone Yellow and White ute, in that vid used to be just down the road from my work I used to see it everyday... It's awesome how they've done it but questionable nontheless haha

Sheesh, a lot of those cars look amazing but they all sound ridiculous!
Welcome to Christchurch, New Zealand, where Japanese imports are driven by 18-25yo men and have exhaust pipes big enough to fit a baby in... :ouch:

Its pretty much what happens when young guys get their hands on a classic car here "throw a rotor in it" I dont see the point myself but some results are hard to argue with

not sure if these have been here ...
=couple of big pics=

First time I've actually seen a Legacy Outback look like a REAL SUV.
^ Whatever the reason, the owner of that SUV DENIES that he's really driving an Isuzu Axiom not a Legacy Outback!

You're typical Outback (with almost the same year as the Axiom)

:indiff:

-> I give it A for effort (it looks like its modified to tackle into the Arctic Alaska (given the person lives in Colorado). FAIL on the badge-engineering, excess roll-cage specials, and those Pep-Boys stick-ons.

:yuck:👎

Why do people do this? Why could anyone find this "cool" or "beautyful" or anything really. And to you mister Look-at-me-I`m-a-norwegian-redneckricer-and-I`m-proud-of-it: I hate you.

Found the pictures here:

The seller says that he has changed the sparkplugs and the radiator cap. Apparently he`s a proper mechanic. And the colour is called "Kawa green". Kawa = Kawasaki?

^ The Deal-breaker here is that Bonus Wing.

"Stick that on your sports exhaust, Mr. Kawasaki!" - Jeremy Clarkson on the epic Ariel Atom review

-> Definitely ruined that Capri. :indiff:

I always hate seeing out of production classics going to waste for some tuner. It always makes my heart heavy to see an Eleanor clone or a "pimped" Capri

I thought the whole questionable modification was badging it as a Subaru Outback?
