Buy it NOW, and get Toyotas new "unintended acceleration-less"(tm) floormats free(pictured). That last bit was just a joke, but so is his car.

Why do people do this? Why could anyone find this "cool" or "beautyful" or anything really. And to you mister Look-at-me-I`m-a-norwegian-redneckricer-and-I`m-proud-of-it: I hate you.

The seller says that he has changed the sparkplugs and the radiator cap. Apparently he`s a proper mechanic. And the colour is called "Kawa green". Kawa = Kawasaki?

If it would lose that goofy ass looking wing , it would be a pretty sweet ride.

Yes, and add a gas cap, proper rims (needs more sidewall) and a proper color and it would actually look good. And a proper engine(Lsx of course).

The Ranger and the Syclone would be pretty easy to fix (the Syclone actually looks pretty good for the most part.) The Syclone just needs a bit of a raise in the front and a different hood, and the Ranger just needs the bed cover and vinyl thrown away and a new hood.

even worse:

ugh, WTF?

Both of those are bloody beautiful, why you would have them in the QM thread is beyond me. The others I could understand, ESPECIALLY THAT MUSTANG with the GT SCOOP, that only belongs on Aussie Ford Falcon GT's!! :yuck:

I spent about 15 seconds staring at this, then I realized it was trying to be a Prowler.

So this is a shameless hot-rod ripoff of a car that was a shameless ripoff of a hot-rod. That's fantastic!!!
Also, nice number plate. That's 150% cool!!!

I love watching the kids in their new Chargers with exhaust that sounds like armageddon being outrun by a Toyota and a driver who accidently hit the pedal a bit too hard.

That's because the Charger drivers can't let their horsepower loose without every law inforcement officer in a 5 mile radius coming after them, and Toyota (Camry/Corolla/Prius/SUV) drivers are leadfooted pricks, late to or from work, anyway.

I might get flamed for this, but I don't really see what is so terrible about it having hydraulics. I understand it seems out of place on a car meant to go fast in a straight line, but hydraulics are a good way to get a car really low without sacrificing all of your ride quality. It's not what I would have done with one personally, but if his goal was to get low he chose a pretty good set up to do so.

Short answer: It's all a matter of individual taste and opinion.

You're thinking of airbags. Hydraulics, if this setup really IS hydraulics and the person who posted the vid knows they are, don't move unless the driver tells them to with the control panel. Hydraulic rams don't have valves like normal shock absorbers, unless those meant for cars do, but somehow I doubt it...they wouldn't move up and down if they had valves in them.

After watching the vid, they definitely are rams. Thus, his only suspension is in the tires.

STUPID. Gold plating of the entire engine. The poor car's rear suspension must be on the edge.

Depends, 24K? :D

Given it's a 70's supercar, a Pantera... which is almost as tasteless (yet sub-zero cool) as a Countach, it actually seems to fit.

That's actually kind of awesome. A mean turbo build that doesn't take itself seriously.

I'd almost bet that it'a a trailer queen with a dummy engine.

That happens frequently with show cars that are all chromed out, and have a lot of 24 carat bling.

That car was actually at Barret Jackson this year. I remember seeing it on TV.

Yea, that's where I got this picture. He drove right past me. I shed a tear for the poor thing.

The engine is legit. He was driving around the fairgrounds and stuff. I doubt it's a daily driver, but it runs.

I still mean hydraulics, I know how the whole airbag setup works and all that. And I stand by what I said because of this.

He's a member on another form I go to and he was talking about how great his ride quality was after he changed something, I don't remember what it was though.

Right. Enough of the half-assery. Let's get epic:
