They aren't suppose to, but that doesn't stop them from doing that like they're not suppose to watch pornography, but majority of teens do.

I imagine there's a couple of people under 13 on the forums, but what I meant was when signing up, one probably has to give their birth date, and if they aren't old enough, they aren't allowed to make an account.

That's what I'm guessing, at least.

They CAN lie about their age, ya know? Usually it's the early 90s or whatever when they fake their age via year. I'm guilty of doing this before, but not anymore and not on this site.
