Then let's disable tuning, all run the same, spec car, and then I'll agree with success ballast. You're not taking into consideration that people will spend different amounts of time practicing, tuning, etc. and plus the people who do well in the first two races have to start at the tail end of the grid for rounds two and three. That's enough of a handicap right there if I say so myself

However, since you are in ITCC for your first season, I would have to put you in as an Independent driver - unless you insist, and demand to be a factory driver.


That said, I love the white BMWs. Alpinweiss is a great car colour... If you choose to use it. In BTCC, they do use that white.

Preseason race #1 will be Saturday at the regular time. I will put a countdown timer up for anyone who's confused.


Bring a car at spec with all possible choices of racing tires (hards, inters and wets) and a decent tuning setup. We will be racing no matter what.

@rallymorten, stick with Ciro, you goof. He's your friend. That's another thing that helps to make ITCC even more fun.

@STALLIONO, okay, will do. The Independent's Teams championship and Driver's championship is a little bit easier on people who are new to ITCC. It compares you against other new guys, instead of series "professionals" who have been here racing for a few years.

@adstomko, welcome! Any car except the Honda Accord can be chosen. I hope you enjoy your season in ITCC 4.


@ccvampyre, welcome mate. the paint is something that teammates - you and @Turbo_snail - will have to decide on.

Lastly, don't worry, he's a turbocharged snail, he's surprisingly fast. Just because he's a snail, doesn't make him slow.

I'm getting gt6 tomorrow , gt6 rewards those with real driving skills, it will suit me alot more. Last season i was just finding my feet (toying with you all in effect), season 4 is where you will see the high heeled stig stamp her authority and stand where i really belong ... on top of the podium. peace

Well, a little bit of math shows that we can have 40 full-time drivers. Yes, forty.


We have 10 cars, four drivers per car... Technically we can have 40. If that happens, we'll have split races. Fastest sixteen will race against fastest 16, middle 16 will race against middle 16, and then the lower 8 will race against lower 8... As determined by a group of qualifying sessions.



However, I doubt that it will happen. We're sitting at 13 confirmed full-time drivers, with one unconfirmed and 2 part-timers... For a total of 16.

I can't wait for Christmas... I actually have no idea what I'm getting - but I know that you'd better get GT6 so you can actually join us like you've been saying... And maybe I'll get my graphite gray lug nuts.

That's basically the idea. Those who qualify towards the bottom are put in their own room, and those in the middle in their own room. Then, everyone gets fewer points for every lobby lower they are.


So, the fastest 16 might get 3x the points that the slower drivers get, but all 40 (possible) drivers get to race. I will never turn people away from racing with us - this isn't @Furinkazen's ToCA series.


Edit: Another way to look at it, is "bracket racing." Why should someone who runs 1:31s be against someone who runs 1:34s in a field of 40 drivers? All of the people who run 1:31s together, all of the people who run 1:34s together.
