The Vanquish is being polled, so I shall nominate another car. Seems to me like I'm on a British sports car kick right now.

1990-1992 Jaguar XJR-15
jaguar-xjr-15-holley-shiftwell_4278_xl.jpg

Engine: 6.0 Liter Jaguar 24-valve V12
Power: 450 HP @ 6250 RPM
Torque: 420 ft-lb @ 4500 RPM
Weight: 1050-1062 kg (2,315-2,341 lb)
Transmission: TWR 6-speed manual
Drivetrain: Mid-engine, rear-wheel drive
Body Style: 2-door coupé
Additional Information: This supercar has the distinction of being the first car in the world to have its body and chassis formed purely from carbon fiber and kevlar. Borrowing mechanically from the LeMans winning XJR-9, this car had its own short-lived racing series, and also served as the basis for the Nissan R390. 53 of these cars were produced, and it was the predecessor to the XJ220

Pretty sure it's one of those weird photoshopped press photos.
Which is as far as I'll go when considering what photos are acceptable for nominations. Renders by independent people are not acceptable. Press photos (photoshopped or not) are acceptable.

@Mike458, I'm going to have to make you change your nomination. There are no pictures of a "road-model" G55 on the internet (the one in your nomination is a G50) and I can't find and proof that one actually did exist.

2003+ Ascari KZ1/KZ1-R
7.jpg

Body Style:
2 door coupe
Engine: 5.0 litre naturally aspirated BMW S62 V8
Drivetrain: Mid-engined, rear wheel drive

Weight: 1253-1350kg
Transmission: 6-speed manual
Additional info: "Launched in 2003 with a starting price of £235,000, the KZ1 is the 3rd Ascari model following the lesser known Ecosse and FGT before it. The KZ1 and evolved KZ1-R straddle the line between cheaper supercars and more expensive hyper exotics whilst offering equivalent performance. The lighter, more hardcore KZ1-R road car would also ultimately evolve into the track-focused A10. Only 50 KZ1's and 50 KZ1-R's would be made."

1961-1969 Lincoln Continental (Mk IV)

Engine: 430 (7.0L), 460(7.5L), 462(7.6L) Cubic Inch "MEL" Ford V8.
Power: 320-340 hp @ 4600 RPM
Torque: 465-485 ft-lb @ 2600 RPM
Weight: 5000lbs [2300kg]
Transmission: 3 speed "Turbo Drive" Automatic
Drivetrain: Front Engine, Rear Drive
Body Style: 4 Door Luxury Sedan, rear doors "Suicide" hinged.
Additional Information: The Magnum Opus of designer Elwood Engel. Suicide Doors. The emphatically slab-sided 4th generation Lincoln Continental defined the land-yacht American luxury cars of the late 1950s through mid 1970s. Heavy, powerful, and with no pretense of sporting intentions, the Continental's purpose was to cruise in absolute comfort and style. From appearances in James Bond films to the Matrix, the Continental has a pretty strong foothold in popular culture. Of course the Conti will always be most famous for being the vehicle in which John F Kennedy was assassinated.

I think this could easily be the coolest car ever made. The amount of presence this car has on the road is staggering. So wide, so low, so powerful. The suicide doors are incredible as well. Look at that palatial entrance. White walls are mandatory, as is a 3" drop.

Weight in kilograms and horsepower/torque for all three engines if possible (a range is okay, you don't have to give me the horsepower for each one separately.)
