Actually, the old Novas had about the best weight transfer from the factory,66-67 esp,man I wish theyd put one of those in the game.Wicked they were. All old cars were a bit lacking in that department.

@Slashfan maybe add the rest of muncie rations. There where four options for the M22, and M21 and do on. Also maybe order rear ends by make possibly? Like GM rear ends, ford, etc.
Sneak peak from next week's memo:
Updated Original Post: It's time for a fresh OP update. I haven't yet finished the fancy colorful graphics quite yet, but I am currently working to get it done. At this time, I do not have an ETA on when it will be complete. Right now the main focus is passing on as much useable content as possible to you, the members. Any constructive feedback on this would be great, as I am looking to serve you. I also want your opinions and ideas so that the original post can be much cleaner. I am currently trying to figure out how I want to have the transmission ratios listed so it will be much easier on the eyes than the current format in place. Anywho, here's an overview of this weeks changes.
~ Taken the liberty to have the thread title changed to "Real Life Street Drags", dropping the word "Car" from the name.
~ Temporarily restructured the Ford transmissions list for easier viewing
~ Added 5 new transmissions to "Ford" for a total of 85 available transmissions
~ General and minor text edits
~ Several wording changes
~ Transmissions label has some lengthened sentences for a more explained overview
~ 13 new axle ratios have been added for a total of 66 available axle ratios
~ 3 new members have been added to the Official League Member list
All information above subject to change without immediate notification. Changes will be listed in the final draft.
M22 and M21 had the exact same ratios,M20 had 2 different sets, anything else is hogwash@Slashfan maybe add the rest of muncie rations. There where four options for the M22, and M21 and do on. Also maybe order rear ends by make possibly? Like GM rear ends, ford, etc.

They used M21-22's on any car with 3.73 or lower rear end gears from the factory,M20 for anything higher than 3.73
Only difference in M22 and M21 was the angle of the teeth on the gears,M22 was stronger setup, thats why they were only offered on the high HP versions of things,M20 had 2 sets, and 2 different size countershafts,7/8" for the early ones(like I own),and 1' for the later ones
Heres my early model M20 for my 67 Chevelle, guaranteed to whine, leak and jump outta gear
@Slashfan It would be nice to do all trans like the mopar trans. Have a banner across for every trans and the different versions underneath. Could take some time as there are a lot of GM trans (Its like they are the best because everyone always swps them in, like a 350 Foxbody with a powerglide!), but once you get it all organized like mopar trans it would look really nice.
I'm talking about the Orange heading for the Trans name, and how its organized underneath with all the different versions and ratios.
Sure, I'll be co-host. I only did Ford, as I am working on a rather large "compound" in Minecraft at the moment. Complete with TNT cannon defenses, inner wall with early warning, and outer lava wall! There's also a bunch of underground tunnels etc. So, I've been pretty busy with that the last couple days, lol
Correct, as long as you meet the required regulations. The switch up a little bit per room. There's a lot of leeway with me.Any car right?
Also, no suspension mods?
No budget, just keep it realistic. We usually shoot anywhere from 400-450 horsepower, weight of the car depending.Damn. 2kgf springs is gonna be fun.
Budget?
Awesome, glad to hear you are on board with it. You've been granted permission to open official rooms whenever you like.
Don't worry about doing up any more of those images, I'm going to use the general layout so it fits in with the OP perfectly. Appreciate it man.
Yeah I was planning on redoing some of them when I got the majority of the OP done. If you want to go ahead and change some of them, go for it, but try to keep the quality and aspect ratio the same. There is a slight gradient as well (on the big ones, smalls are solid), from bottom darker to lighter on top.NP, I used Excel, and I have PS if you want slightly more detail/ design in the headers. Some of them are a bit hard to read with the bright yellow words
Can we use weight reduction to correct cars with incorrect weight distribution? No budget, just keep it realistic. We usually shoot anywhere from 400-450 horsepower, weight of the car depending.
Yes, or to achieve the correct weight on a replica car (such as the 1969 Camaro ZL1 which is nearly 200kg lighter than the Z28). Stage 1 usually is all I allow with a hood or windows, sometimes stage 2 and added ballast to make it close, and full weight reduction on heavy cars to make them competitive. Can we use weight reduction to correct cars with incorrect weight distribution?
