Make sure you've saved the skin in I believe it's DXT5 DDS, not DXT1 (which is usually the default in various image editors). Not having the right DDS texture format does really strange stuff to liveries.
Care to upload the livery (don't care about format, although both DDS and non-DDS would be useful)? I'll have a poke around and see if I can get it to show up correctly (or otherwise) in my '10 Indycar install
The camera angles are obtained with the free look function.

For glossy/hi-res shots don't use rFactor's screenshot button, it's utter garbage. You're better off running something like Fraps in the background and saving in an uncompressed format (ie PNG). Open the PNGs up in your favourite image editor and *then* save as JPG
Does it happen in every mod? If not, then it's wheel stagger in the car setup
