Online, as the tire gradually wore out, the grip balance is changing on all 4 cars, you may find them drive a bit differently on certain corners of the GVS :) I strongly suggest to drive them all online before the race :)
Toke quick test, 3 laps per car online practise room, 2:16.1 -.8 all cars, one of them is giving headache, having problems with my cargo..

I've just been double checking my specs on the S2000. Have there been any updates I've missed? For power I'm on 275bhp at 98.54% limiter. all the rest of the specs seem correct but for PP at 444  I even went and bought a fresh one to double check I hadn't done oil change or need one. Still the same results
Does anybody have the same issue with the Honda? :scared: :nervous:
How did you manage 98.54% power limiter? :odd:
In the setup sheet, there is Oil Change needed...

Ooh boy. Good thing I double checked all four of my cars. I just realized that I had Aero Kit B on my BMW 135i... I must have installed that a long time ago, before I even turned it into a 1M Replica by Ridox. That would have been quite embarrassing - getting caught running illegal aerodynamic bodywork.

REMINDER!!!

Could everybody make sure you've got on your driver number plates? Especially now that we are moving to NO PENALTY settings. It will make the process of re-watching the races much easier. Not that I think anyone will be committing infractions. I only plan on dropping about a dozen caltrops from the back of one of my cars. Care to guess which one?? Muuahahaha!!! :D

Very good for the quadriple checking. Thank you for the Reminder and for all.
Everybody - read this ^.

I just created a practice room in the Club -- Under the Practice Event, of course. Look for the room called "Must Drive Naked". :D :P :sly:

EDIT: My God...I am terrible with the BMW. That rear end likes to slip and slide all over the place. I am so far behind the lap times you guys are posting. :nervous:

EDIT 2: I'm definitely better with the Honda. 2 seconds faster, in fact. Strange. I left the track to change cars and it bounced me all the way out of the Club back to my Community home page! So, I had to create a new practice room and I lost my best time... Oh well...

I went for some practice laps yesterday with @Thorin Cain ;), my best lap with some drafting was 2:18.8xx :odd:, man I'm far from all of you, a good pace for me is 2:20 - 2:21 :scared:. So ....

IMPORTANT: When following #69 (Red Genesis) , driver is very very slow going into curves, please take outside lane and either pass on the outside or go build some sand castles :D. I'll keep the inside thank you , I just spend the whole night fixing the dents from last nights practice  and would like to keep my car immaculate ;).

Whoa boy...I really should have put in a good practice session yesterday. As of right now, the only car that I feel even remotely comfortable driving is the Honda S2000 and I'm sure that's probably because it's the lightest car, by a wide margin! It's 364kg (802.48lbs) lighter than the BMW. As far as my weekly panic regarding ABS turned off, I feel ok on that matter with the S2000 and the Nissan Fairlady Z. The other two cars...not so much. Just make sure that you are wearing your HANS device if you want to live when I inevitably smash into you... :sly: :P :D

Read the post above , or start out in front off me ;).

My lap times are pretty much the same. We can drive as a team. :sly:

EDIT: I'll see everyone on the track at 8!

Great, @Thorin Cain will join us because he's in the same boat, if we start out all 3 in front what do you think about a little teamwork, you know, make the others sweat it out with impatience :mischievous: , i think we can drive 3 wide on the track :D. I'm taking a shower & then prepare my things to go to work, should be going for some practice in about 1 hour, if anyone wants the cars broken in before the race this would be the ideal situation, I mean I can really break in your car easily :P.

Hey ALB, please be careful not to fall asleep , I'd really like it if you were there DRIVING and not DOZING .

@Brewguy44 : WAKE UP SLEEP HEAD

I would like to make a request to @danbojte and all : When I race, could I start 3-5 seconds behind so I won't cause any issue when in pack at the start. So at race start green light, just ignore me / avoid me, I'll stay still for about 3s or more then follow you guys :)

What matters to me is the journey and process, winning or losing is not paramount :D I'll sure have fun driving and hopefully pass one car or two :P

TO ALL : For 1M and S2000 Spoon with oil change, change your oil before the race. The Genesis and 370Z DO NOT have oil change.

Spoon S2000 have body rigidity installed, and all cars, please check the odometer, if above 100miles, restore the body rigidity before the race.
Thanks for that @danbojte and @Ridox2JZGTE. I missed the oil change on the Spoon S2000, that's my problem đź‘Ť I've got the rest ready to go ok (Now that I've put the Aero on the Genesis  ). I'll have another quick check before I get to the races just to make sure:tup:

@ALB123 and @TurnLeft That sound like a rather devious plan :mischievous: It might work well until the first pit-stop, then I see us having issues maintaining track coverage :sly:

Sure, no problem. đź‘Ť ;)

@danbojte , I'm not sure if my passing TC was legal , I checked the replay, I think I was ok and in front into the curve, if I was at fault drop me down in back of him since I should have left him pass đź‘Ť, but keep me in front off @Ridox2JZGTE ;). There might be another place where I'll have to check, not sure I still had two wheels on the road , reminds me of a song by Paul Simon, Slip Sliding Away .

Coming into the curve, TC (white) DB (grey) and the hero :D Tl (red)

I'll let you decide, I did find a place I own TC some apologies, coming in the after the starting curve when DB passed me and I lost control, I didn't see him and might have just scared the living s--- out of him , I'll do 20 pushups for that. I do have an issue with someone who BEEPed me, (only noticed on the replay ) that probably and most likely completely made me lose my concentration :D, i pretty sure it was a grey car, didn't get the plate number though ;).

@TurnLeft & @Thorin Cain

Congratulations to both of you for being good sports about ^ :) đź‘Ť

If I could put my 100% impartial stewards hat on for a minute & adjudicate what happened with the evidence presented, using the V8 Supercar rule book as a guide, I'd say it's a 'racing incident'. No licence endorsements, no monetary fines or push-ups required.
In the first two pics, TL you look to be a fair way over to the left & probably out of view to TC. TC do you agree with that? Did you see the TL train about to pull into the station? In pic 3 I can see TC had already committed to his chosen racing line with TL out of view until the last moment and in pics 3-6 TL is already past the B-pillar of TC. This is the first thing they look at in V8s, the B-pillar. If it was TL's front bumper into TC's rear door or further rearward, they don't like that. They also look to see if the passing car, in this case TL, had at least two wheels on the racing surface. Second thing they look at is, if contact wasn't made between the two cars involved, would TL have made the corner without running wide? From what I can see, I believe he would have so it's not what comes under the 'dive bomb' category. The last pieces of evidence used are the mandatory in-car cameras & telementary but that's not available in this case.
Ultimately TC & TL, you two can have a  about it over a few
