@danbojte few questions:
What front toe camber for Genesis? Only 1.5 or also optional 0.5?
What aero value for 370Z? 5 too slippery tail, 10 quite fine, 15 bit high starts understeer, 20 heavy understeer. I'll vote for 10.

370Z needs more practise, I toke 4 laps and it stays on high 2:16 while all others offline laps are 2:15 low to mid. Maybe also reason at didn't want to start practise car what final settings are in air..

You're right, thank you. I'm trying always to make it as clear as I can, but there are still some confusions sometimes. :banghead: But together we'll get them cleared. đź‘Ť

Genesis' toe is corrected now - no optional. About the 370Z I need to reach at home to see my setting. :D :nervous:

Edit: Actually it was the Camber not the Toe. :P

First is newest from BTCC, not sure is it on use this season, they add it last year and that started big argues.
http://m.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/112242 Something about that.
It makes sense to me.

You have the Track - this is where you ride IRL too, then there are the kerbs - in a race these are giving you sometimes a backup and sometimes a warning.

After the kerbs you need to imagine a wall/barriers, like at Monte Carlo, London, Rome, Madrid, Tokyo, SSR7/5, CSR 5. You really don't wish to touch those. I wish they implement these new rules globally.

No race reports for the latest races... :(
Don't get me wrong, I'm not pushing anybody, I just like them. ;) If anybody finds the time for doing them it's great, if not, it's also OK. :sly: đź‘Ť
Sorry :embarrassed: I've not done one in ages and I've missed doing them. I've just not had the time to spare on them :( Time in a Scottish summer is very short, we don't get much time to enjoy good weather here so we make the most of it when we can :D Inside takes a bit of a back seat for a while đź‘Ť
WHAT?! There is only one Poll I can initiate on this thread and this one will stay forever here?! :scared: Incredible!  🤬
That's a bit :odd: :banghead: :yuck:

But using what aero? 5 would be nice. :)
Genesis has potential to go high 2:14 offline, now casual lap is 2:15.1 -.2

I tested all cars with their original replica post :) I think the 370Z that I tested has the NISMO LSD :) Don't concern too much if one car is slightly slower or faster, only 1 use of each car, plenty of opportunity to win :P and if you can win with slightly slower car against someone with faster car, then it's even better :)

How's the 1M ? Did it drive well against the other 3 ?

There is no value posted for rear wing aero amount for 370Z. That's why suggesting that 5.
1M works fine:

The rear wing and aero kit are optional on the replica post, it's up to @danbojte to allow rear wing or not and which value to use :)

For me the BMW is the slowest. My times was between 2:16 - 2:18 with each car. :scared: Am I missing something? :ouch: Did you test online? Damn, now I've seen you said offline... :)

Online, all 4 cars were in 2:17s low on lap 3 or 4 ( slightly worn tire and about 70% fuel ) with laps that were on tire conservation pace.

Don't have time to test online, will see what happens there, I'm quite pleased with all cars, that Nissan worries a bit, hoping at it keeps tires better than others on online, fuel consumption probably is lower than others due low rev engine.

I saw that original tune post, @danbojte edited that bit for compo here, taking out " optional" part.

Online, as the tire gradually wore out, the grip balance is changing on all 4 cars, you may find them drive a bit differently on certain corners of the GVS :) I strongly suggest to drive them all online before the race :)

I know that effect, polished my brake bias to have stable corner entry's on offline, maybe having enough time tomorrow to test all between races :)

@danbojte: I was slowest with the BMW as well, which kind of surprised me -- if I'm not mistaken, it's the highest PP of the bunch! I am 100% convinced that in GT6, weight is the single #1 most important factor in how fast a car will be around a track. Meaning, if you take 3 cars with the same exact PP value, if there is one of the cars among the three that is 50kg less than the 2nd lightest, it will be the fastest. I haven't done ANY actual data collecting on this theory. It's just anecdotal evidence that I've observed.

I need to double-check the specs on the 4 cars for tomorrow and start practicing in an online room. I am praying that I do not experience any issues during the races. I will cry if I do. :(

Updates made.

Please, everybody follow the links to the cars settings from the Current Event, expand the results and recheck, step by step, your cars setups to be exactly like there.

Those are quoted from Ridox's original tunes but edited, with no optional values available (I hope :D).

For tomorrow we'll try to use Penalty set to None. Although, the replays will be checked (by anyone or everyone) and post race penalties could be given. :D

Our Club is a Gentlemen's Club. đź‘Ť

P.S. : 1. The track limits rule remains, for now, those written in the Current Event post.

2. This message (and not only) was written from my phone and now I feel

@ALB123
You can be right in a way.
For the same PP if one has lower weight it has lower hp also so, in fact, it very much depends of the track type is used. đź‘Ť

Notes :

Notes coming soon

My last play was racing at expert level FR seasonal at Willow Springs, driving my BMW 1 Series M coupe replica ( new build ) on CS with mere 466PP ( worn oil 330HP, 1600+kg, yellow worn chassis ) managed to win by doing BTCC style battle against the leader ( C7 Stingray ), got the lead in lap 5 1st turn, but the crazy ass mofo C7 AI is within my tailpipe until the last turn to finish, he pulled several bumping move, tried to pit me from inside, and the last turn, he tried to ram from the side on exit. I failed several times battling in the last turn and came in 2nd, but the last one, I became aggressive and hold the inside, blocking his line, he got crazy swerving left and right like hyper dog, and I had to keep blocking till finish line

The BMW 1 Series M coupe replica did consistent low 1:30s lap, and will need to finish the race in less than 8:10s time :P It's a real driver test race, where smooth is quick and passing is tricky to pull, especially on the 5th to 2nd car ( in packs ) and the leader C7 which can only be passed by doing late braking pass on last lap 1st turn, Gan-san / Motoharu Kurosawa style from Best Motoring ( get into the inside of his door side and held it to pass as you exit, forcing him to go wide and back off ) :D If the driver missed this chance to pass, it will be near impossible to pass the leader as the rest of the lap, even if the BMW can get close on corner entry, on the high speed corners and exit, the C7 will simply pull away with sheer power even if the BMW can draft within a car length.

Another run with 1M replica, this time with 135i version, at 335HP, 1611kg, 468PP, on CS tire, the 2nd car ( Alfa Romeo 8C this time ) was hot on my rear bumper to finish line, he tried to pit me several times on the last lap, talk about dirty Bob :P  He couldn't get closer on the first half of the last lap. Managed several 1:29s lap at Big Willow :D
Last lap, last half, the dirty Bob attacks :
View attachment 385110
And I went offroad and tried my best to get back on the tarmac to keep leading :
View attachment 385111
Another attempt to get me off the race, right before entering the last turn to finish :
View attachment 385112
This time, I managed to stay on the inside line and maintain the best possible speed to finish line with the crazy Bob hot on my tail.

Expand to see the tune. The Honda specs has been updated to equalize the cars - Ballast!

I've just been double checking my specs on the S2000. Have there been any updates I've missed? For power I'm on 275bhp at 98.54% limiter. all the rest of the specs seem correct but for PP at 444  I even went and bought a fresh one to double check I hadn't done oil change or need one. Still the same results
