I ended up using an adjustable bungee cord for the gas pedal because the 18" cord was too tight. However the 18" cord is perfect for the brake pedal. 👍

Got any instructions on how you did the gas pedal?

I am in the low 1:22.xxx's in this track, it's the kink I tells ya, lol.

Woohoo, 21.103! It's beatable though :P

Your kink is amazing. You are always 2 or more car lengths ahead of me by the end of the straight.

I managed to hit the kink decently on one lap, but I was a tenth slow the first sector, bumped the freakin wall after the hairpin, and a bad run out of the last section. It was good for a 121.09x, but if nerves hadn't gotten to me it was an easy 120. =(

So uh, are you and blindside still going at it this week? You guys make me nervous. Ill be refreshing the leaderboards nonstop until tomorrow.

Ya thats what I was thinking. I thought at first it would be Monday at noon EST since thats when the round started, but according to the website round 1 officially ends on a Sunday at 11:59pm EST. Not sure which one is correct, so Ill be monitoring the boards until noon on Monday to be sure.

Could someone walk me through turns 10-12? I'm at a 1:25.055 and I need to shave off 2 seconds. I understand what needs to be done through the rest of the track but for some reason I can't find a quick route through the final sector.

Ok, Im not the quickest guy so someone might have better advise but i am 2.6 seconds quicker than you so here is what i can tell you. I start off wide in turn 10 but by the end of the turn im on the inside of the turn by slowly shifting from the outside to the inside, then turn 11 i take pretty much right in the center of the track while down shifting to 3rd and start preparing for turn 12, turn 12 i turn hard left about a quarter of the way through the corner and usually down shift to 2nd just for a sec to get the car to turn then right back up to third as soon as i get to the far inside, then just keep it floored in 3rd through the rest of the corner and all the way to the finish. Good luck on improving your time and let me know how you make out.

Think about how fast you can take T12 everytime you restart. When youre entering T11 gradually brake down to a little below that speed. Trailbrake lightly to rotate the car a little bit before you enter T11 but maintain as much grip after T11 that you can. Try to brake slowly enough so that you drop to the desired speed as you are about to enter T12 then take it how you are used to taking it after a restart. I think you want to be around 65-70 going into T12. Dont go too wide between 11 & 12 because doing so will scrub off too much speed.

T10 is relatively simple, take it flat out and just wide enough to use the very end of the inside curb as your apex.

So WOT through T10 and aim for the end of the curb for apex. I think I've been early apexing and going wide on this turn which totally destroys the line entering T11 and throws off the rest of the lap.

Sounds about right. If you still get stuck download one of the top 10 guys replays and watch it in replay theater in the same view that u usually drive in. I find that helps me figure out what im doing wrong allot of the time.
