We have 5 millions of police, rosgvardia and other corrupted incompetent idiots for this. On the other hand, things could turn ugly if frontline collapse and Russian army decide to come back without permission.

Closest open border is with Belarus(actually its nonexistent). Also, bunch of Central Asian countries and Caucasus available for immigration. I am working from home which is kinda safe even in case of police raids for potential enlisted men(which isn't a thing right now).
I saw a lot of Russians in Goa. Nice beaches too.

Episode 2 Whatever GIF

One of the parked cars is thrown on the roof of a shop.

Just imagine being the person at 30 seconds in that comes up to this big hole in the side of the road, drives past it wondering what the hell happened... and then suddenly you're almost doing a front flip as everything behind you goes up in a big fireball.

Turns out the jet dropped two bombs. One exploded and another one will be excavated today.
3000 people are being evacuated.

What the hell kind of ordinance is that anyways? It burrows under the tarmac and then explodes like 10 seconds later?
Penetration or antirunway bomb. You'll do much more damage to the surface by detonating underground. If it explodes above ground, it's a lot easier to just patch up the crater. An underground explosion leaves a cavity to fill and also tends to deal damage to the surface further out. A delayed fuse can also let an aircraft drop bombs at lower altitudes as a way to avoid detection or return fire, though the UK found that a bit questionable with their Tornados.

It also greatly increases the likelihood of damaging or destroying underground infrastructure such as buried telco cables, water pipes or gas mains, which take much longer to repair and can cause even more problems beyond the initial bomb blast. Tends to be a great way to heavily disrupt urban life without damaging any valuable buiildings that you may be looking to occupy later on.

"Right on target" says the Russian ministry of defense offense after an early morning missile strikes on multiple cities.
