She has a better rating on the international arena.
What "liberal" things she do, other than defending her husband that supplied teargas components to Russian OMON? Closed border for anyone who wants to leave Russia for good with his own car?

The "teargas components" were empty cans that Russia used how they wanted.
Estonia can close its border due to security risks, and it's not just Estonia that closed their borders.

Estonia can do what ever it wants, but there is nothing "liberal" in what currently happening. At best, its another case of hypocrisy that fueling anti-western rhetorics in RF. At worst, its death sentence for some poor soul that our fascist regime will send in Ukrainian bloodbath.

Bad wording on my end, materials for Russian company that supplying OMON with teargas. Its not like he supplied some empty cans for Russia, it was empty cans for facility in Russia know as teargas factory.

Meanwhile in Slovakia, a pro-Russian candidate Robert Fico (a former PM) and party (SMER-SD) wins the elections.

Horrible mafia crook. Progresivne Slovensko took the second-highest number of seats, from zero last time, which is something.

pro-Russian
I don't think there is any "proRussian" politics in EU. More like cynical populists with "we should capitalized on invasion" mindset. That last grain drama was total **** up for Ukraine, they pissed off too many farmers in Central/East Europe.

I hate to break it to you, but there are some genuinely pro-Russian politicians in the EU. The most prominent examples from Ireland are 2 MEPs, Clare Daly and Mick Wallace, who are on the far-left fringe of the GUE/NGL bloc in the European Parliament. If you're familiar with the term "tankie", this would suit them down to a tee, they see Russia as a bulwark against NATO and American imperialism.

On the other hand, there's the alt-right, who see Putin as the defender of Christian values against such entart...I mean, degenerate concepts as racial and gender equality, never mind LGBT rights.

Even fatboyKim isn't pro Russian.
This Kim?

North Korea’s Kim Jong Un vowed “full and unconditional support” for Russia’s Vladimir Putin on Wednesday as the two leaders isolated by the West held a summit that the U.S. warned could lead to a deal to supply ammunition for Moscow’s war in Ukraine.

Sounds pretty pro-Russian to me.

Anti American and Pro Russian is different things.
It is also possible to be both. There are absolutely politicians in Slovakia who wished the 1967 invasion kept going and never stopped.

N.Korea is criminal organisation, not state. If tomorrow US suggest something to N.K, fatboyKim will sell RF in the blink of an eye.

For real? And electorate for them? Like , I believe, there and here are some hardcore lefties, who believe in WWRevolution. But someone who wants RF to anexx its country? Doubtful. Those fools feeding worms in Eastern Ukraine, mostly.

Sounds like excuses because you were wrong to me. Right now, Kim Jong Un supports Russia.

Hell, there are politicians in the US federal government that are pro-Russia.

North Korea and Iran are staunchly pro-Russia. However, it is likely their populace is largely indifferent or anti-Russia.

Its called trade. Ukraine selling its titanium to RF or using Russian gas. Does it mean that Ukraine government is proRussian? Nope.

Yes, fatboyKim saying that N.K are Russian ally, but N.K doesn't give a **** about RF. All it want is tech and $$$.

RF doesn't have any ideology that could be supported by anyone. Thats why any kind of support to RF is some sort of trade.

North Koreans probably don't know enough honest information to have much of an actual opinion. Iranians younger than 45 are heavily pro-western. Iranians older than 45 that don't have big bushy beards are also broadly pro-western. I'm not even sure the Mullahs are genuinely "Pro-Russia" (there is genealogical bad blood between the countries), more like pro-anyone-who-helps-us-keep-this-tenuous-grip-on-power.

From a BBC News article about the West’s depleting ammunition stockpiles:

“Such is Kyiv's dependence on US ammunition that there are real concerns among Nato allies about the possibility of Donald Trump being re-elected president next year.

They fear that US military support for Ukraine might diminish if Mr Trump were to seek some kind of political settlement with Moscow.”

I’m no Trump fan, but surely this would be preferable? I can see why ‘giving into Putin’ or whatever might make his actions seem justifiable - but any kind of peaceful resolution to this conflict is surely the best course. Both sides are fighting mostly with conscripts at this point. Ordinary guys, who I’m sure would rather not be there, being killed and wounded en masse in ‘the meatgrinder’.

Why the hell not seek a political settlement with Moscow? For all of Trump’s faults at least he managed to cool Kin Jong Un’s jets when he went over to have a word with him when he was posturing like a fool back then. If he can do the same with Putin then vote him in and let him try for God’s sake.

Me: I’d rather see a peaceful solution to this conflict than perpetual war

This guy ^^: you must be a conservative, then

I’m not even American so I don’t care who runs your country. Senile idiot on the left, senile idiot on the right. They’re both senile idiots. The occasional bit of comedy is the only thing we can rely on either of them for. Good luck to you.
