Great racing tonight. Karts are something I really enjoy. I'm thinking after my luck tonight a lotto ticket is in order tomorrow. ;) if I win, GT6 and new wheels for everyone that raced tonight. LOL ok back to reality and to bed.

Yep, you get that ticket, because I would be a buck poorer if last nights performance is the measure of luck. In my defense, even though I was always last, it was only because the people behind me kept dropping out after I passed them.

I thought that only happened to me. I sometimes feel I'm the marker where people quit if they can't pass. I was feeling a bit down after running like crap, again, so I jumped into an open lobby F1 race.

Wasn't sure what happened to you at Kart Space. Not my favorite pair of tracks by a longshot. Lighting is bad and grip is reduced.

Fun racing with the gang though!

The only times I've used karts has been in SNAIL and have never done well. They don't suit my driving style, or perhaps the lack of it. I didn't practice kart space and it affected my timing. I crashed a lot from pushing, but I think I'm actually getting better. I'm sure I'll be good running karts in a few months after we have used them a few times.

Sooo, I see there is a parity pole up there, any chance it will make it to the race track? Cause I could use a lot of parity.

I completely enjoyed the Kart racing last night - was really bummed when I realized the time, and I missed the Eiger ST ........ really wanted to get into that one.
Hope we do the Karts more often - enjoy the throttle control, etc. Of course it didn't look like that on the Top Gear - but more practice will help that, I'm sure.
Really enjoy SNAIL racing - look forward to those evenings, no matter what the Combos are.

I think there were a number of people against parity. It would also complicate what is turning out to be a simple, fun and low stress night of racing.

Tex, while I really had a lot of fun at top gear test track, Eiger was awesome! It was a first for me on both tracks, as I've not run eiger in reverse. At least not on purpose.
Sorry again Joe. I thought we could squeak through but I didn't account for how much more you need to slow down for the right hander.

It's your prize, so I guess you can donate it if you so choose.

I'd like to give Rallywagon the honor of picking the next car we use. :)

Thanks Nick.

Dab and Kcheeb, please make your picks and I'll update asap.

I have improved the wireless in my house. My laptop runs much faster everywhere and I can now sue it where I race 👍 What a difference an extra router makes.

JULY 16TH, 2013 Line Up:

Car: Plymouth Prowler ( 425 PP, 262HP, Sport Hard Tires)

Track 1: Trial Mountain / Reverse. ( 9 Laps)
Track 2: Special Stage Route 5 ( 9 Laps)
Track 3: Grand Valley East Reverse (12 Laps)

I'm working in Barrie tomorrow returning late. There is a good chance I will be later than 9. OwensRacing - will you be able to open the room up and get things going again please? I hope to make it at some point but will be rushed.

Since I have guests that will be sleeping where I play GT5, and are usually early to bed folks, it's unlikely I'll make the grid tonight.

Ok will probably make the start but don't know if I'll stay in for all three races.

Thanks for racing guys, I had a lot of fun. I'll post the standings tomorrow night.

Was fun. Had some extremely bad luck.

Race at SSR5 I was hugging the left wall down straight and caught an spot that sticks out. Never knew it existed. Do now! Spun. Got hit twice more. Why my car wasnt a ghost is beyond me.

Last race I checked mirror to if I was clear of Nic and went to deep into one. Race over. :/

Stinks cause after Qualifying at GVE I was only one point behind Nic. Having pole I knew I had a good shot at out placing him. Luck wasnt having that tonight.

All in all. I did have a blast. Frustrated and cursed myself twice but still great fun and good racing.

Looking forward to next weeks car/tracks. What will Nic pick for us. Hmmmm
