That's my definition dammit - and I made it up years ago!

Yes.

Quick is, at least on GTP, a measure of acceleration, and fast is a measure of top speed. Don't try to pawn that definition off in the real world though - frequently 'fast' is used to measure acceleration much more often than 'quick.'

The V8 Vantage runs about $112,000, and to answer your second question yes - I really am not expecting too many entrants in this category, as it's only open to cars worth more than the V8 Vantage - seems to me the winners will probably be pretty clear cut.

That's nuts - I've seen four - ever - including one last night. (with a dealer's window sticker in it, but a teenage girl driving ) Are they relatively common in Europe?

Well, I've seen three here, unless one of those two was the one I saw about a year ago, and I've been here for three years. But then again, this isn't exactly Europe. I never really looked for them around the mainland when I've been there; I'd guess the V10 TDI should be more common than any other V10, since gasoline is freakin' expensive.

Yeah - I hadn't even considered it when I was doing V-10 spotting. I have to say I do check the rear of each Touareg I see and still have the dismal record I do. They're incredibly uncommon.

I saw another Touareg V10 today,... I was in the car with a friend, and he was driving, so I could've taken the shot. But we were doing around 120 kph and the Touareg was doing around 80 kph, so slowing down to check it out already made the driver kinda nervous... the fact that it was night time and I would've had to take the pic with flash would've probably earned me a bullet hole or two

I think the thing is being used as a garbage truck. Every panel was rusted and dented, broken windows, and a wheel sitting on the bonnet. I would have gotten a better picture if I didn't have to sneak through the trees because the owner was in the front yard.
