Cool. What has changed in the hybrid. Also, what the hell is an Angel T01!

It's a low-volume specialty sports car made by the tuner "Tom's". What a dumb name for a tuner by the way...i keep getting it confused with my toothpaste brand (Tom's of Maine)

Cool. Angel T01 is a pretty dumb name for a car though. I did not know this car was in GT2. I have played it loads of times and I have never seen anything called an Angel T01 once.

Is this ugly thing the Angel T01?

PS: I cant say anything about what you said about the Tom's name because I have not heard of Tom's of Maine toothpaste though, since it is not sold in England. Over here we have Colgate, Total, Sensodyne, Oral-B. And Parnelli is most likely sitting at his home in Columbia thinking what the hell is Oral-B!

You win it from the Mid-engine or Sports car races, i forget which. I never actually drove it, but it's got that snub-nose that looks a bit odd. :indiff:

o/t: OH no, we have all those too...Colgate, Oral B, Crest...all the major ones. I think i have an Oral B toothbrush matter of fact....they're the ones who invented that little stripe that fades in the middle of your brush. "When the stripe fades halfway, it's time for a new toothbrush" the ads used to say.

I like Tom's of Maine cuz it's all natural ingredients and stuff...tastes good, too (some of the natural ones taste awful).

Cool, do you agree that Colgate taste's best. How come they dont sell Tom's of Maine over here in England then. Wait a minute, this is a Gran Turismo website, and I'm wasting my breath by talking about different kinds of toothpaste. How the ****ing hell does that work!

Blecch..Colgate is full of artificial color & additives. :yuck: All the major brands of toothpaste are, i dont care how they taste. I suspect you probly have natural brands over there, but you'd have to go to a specialty/natural food store to find them. I'm not sure...i was in England last when i was 17, and that was in 1984! :scared:

Do you mean you used to live in England. It is not that great now. The goverment are still money thieving jackasses and the taxes are bloody high. Anyway, just to keep on the subject of GT2, is that Hybrid Mercedes any good?

No, i visited England with my Dad & brother when i was 17. or 16, i forget. Went to London, Stratford-upon-Avon, Salisbury...i remember being in Stratford and i saw this car that had no door handles! I was a car-freak back then, too, so i was trying to figure out who made it but there was no identification brands on it...it looked kinda like a Citroen SM but it definately was NOT.

Anyways, i remember we went to get a bite to eat and when we came out of the cafe, the car was gone! :ouch: i was real curious, how the hell does someone get in with no door handles?

Yeah...back on topic :D:dunce: I never drove that Mercedes, but it's not a hybrid..not at first anyways....it's simply hidden. Glanza's car apparently is a hybrid tho, it's got over a thousand horses. :nervous:

I have no gameshark, so i dont have access to these cool cars. :(

Um i think this is the furthest anyone has gone off topic on this forum lol .

 who cares! It's a slow forum...and we're having a conversation. :) I mean, perhaps next time i'll say

"Hey Skidmark33, i get the Tom's Angel confused with my toothpaste brand! Meet me over in the Rumble STrip and i'll tell you about it!!" :D

Jump through the window. Only problem is you lend up paying a repair bill every time you go for a drive!

I have a feeling (looking back now) that perhaps it was one of those cars with keyless entry & gullwing doors. A HORRIBLE combination....if the battery dies you're literally trapped in there!

I can't find a better picture nor have I ever seen the car but apparently you win it in Laguna Seca in Pure Sports Car cup. Damn, I HAVE to get GT2 again for PSOne/PSP.

I just can't find it at stores and my parents won't buy it for me online...

And I'm not h4xx0r enough to hax my psp...

Nor do I have a >750mb memory stick..
