The Daytona could have been so much more, but I think the whole thing was just poorly executed. I love the idea, but the whole thing looks kind of "amateur." The side vents look like something from pepboys, the wheel/tire combo is close but just not right, and the exhaust setup they came up with is just plain ugly. I think if they used this as a learning experience they could build an even better one.

The Ford GT next to the shelby is there to tease you :sly:

I'm sure I remember reading about that F40 in some book somewhere. Ah, yes here it is...

The Seventh Day
"By the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing; so on the seventh day, just before He rested from all His work, he blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it He took a standard Ferrari F40, bolted on an LM body-kit and Enkei wheels, then breathed on the engine bay a bit. Finally, taking his Holy paint gun in hand, he finished the whole thing off with a Biblical coat of grey paint. And before he rested, he thrashed the crap out of it on a racetrack in the stars." Genesis 2:4-40

Overreact much? It's not that great...

I wish I had your lack of taste for Christmas, would have made my aunts pie much easier to swallow. :yuck:

That LM F40 just closed this thread. Seriously, lock it and just leave its picture as the last thing for everyone to see.👍

'And lo, he looked down upon his creation, and saw that it was good'.

Not to mention intensely cool. 👍

I built it, restored it, and took about 4+ years to complete.
Sorry but back on topic. :D

On topic... Yeah...

And from an F-series truck, he removed the heart and built around it a beautiful Packard. "Needs more supercharger", he intoned.

I almost got mad at him. then I saw that he painted the engine proper Packard green, and all was forgiven.

Translated from the website, I think.

Already well known far beyond the borders of Austria, the family is the "Power-Puch", the PRC in the Tyrolean mountains and slalom pilots Pacher Georg was born. The model is called neuses TR V, based on the nomenclature of the "hot" models TR and TR2 of the original Puch 650 of the 1960s. Given the performance we have decided to deviate from the original image even further and lengthen the wheelbase, which brings more stability first, and second place for a bulky motor. A V8 engine from Powertec works behind the driver's seat, embedded in a monocoque after Gruppe-C/N-Standard. About 2800 cc engine delivers 455 hp big on a six-speed transmission

And now one more picture.

At the same chassis technology of the PRC Silhouette Abarth based, he should be the beginning of an entirely new project. Already this first specimen that triggered extensive media coverage, not least because of its spectacular appearance. The first of its kind was built using a series of carriage of the Abarth 500, which will be different in future. Walter Pedrazza and Georg Pacher have further expanded the idea of these pieces: Pedrazza Racing Cars is working on a customer version of the car for the new FIA Group E2-SH. With fiberglass body weight is reduced from the current approximately 620 kilograms continue to be pursued, a basis weight of about 500 kilograms. A number of engines - as well as the drive is optional in Group E2-SH, yes. It is possible here on so many customers as the best variant from the factory Honda four-cylinder engine with 2,000 cc displacement, naturally aspirated or supercharged charge is incorporated. Will be offered in the trade this car as a kit, at the start of sales of new cars from Vorarlberg various expansion stages. Sends a clear message Pedrazza Walter also makes the target selling price of the car ready to race in the form: it should not cost over 70,000 euros! Successes have already set: the round of the Mountain Championship on Rechbeg Pedrazza Emanuel was with the two-liter version of the S4 win his class, was equally successful in the class E2-SH up to 3 liters of Georg Pacher with the PRC-Puch TR V. It was a double victory, because Daldoss Werner took the maiden voyage of the PRC Silhouette Abarth and lined up behind Pacher at # 2, a

It's (ment to be) a Steyr/Puch TR 650 (rebadged Fiat 500) with a 2.7 litre V8 by Powertec. Probably used for mainland european Hillclimbing events.
