Should i quit?? because this is what was happen to me.
Last Saturday i went to buy new better faster router so i could improve my Internet connection. At least i was hope to finally race in Sunday Die Hard Series without any problems. And without any disconnections, Off course i sold my old one before i bought new. Then went back to my apartment and i did hooked up new one. But i could not connect my laptop and my ps3 to Internet because power adapted turned out to be damaged somehow. And i was furious because now i couldn't go back to shop and return it because it was to late, all shops in my city are opened in Saturday until 2 pm. So no Sunday onlie race with my buddies, that's number one. And i could not login to gtplanet forum now because my laptop has broken wire modem. In case it was working i could just connect my internet cable to my modem and there were woul be no problem. At least i could write, but no! That's two.
So instead i let it go and wait until monday. I did however decide to improve my laps in invitational race. And i was trying to beat another WR, more i was having fun in "A Class Invitational race" and i did it again. I had two freezes in the process, this might be because my ps3 is located in place where heat is gathering after long period of playing.
But those freezes were ordinary, while i was on race track game suddenly stopped and only sound was buzzing. So in this case i just walk up to my ps3 and push reset button. After that i could fire up shift 2 again and play.
But this time i was different. I did beat steve182rs lap and now all i wanted was to go to on-line lobby so i could send my lap time to server. So i quit my invitational race and wait while i could go to game menu.
But my game freezes again, this time different !!!! Music was playing normally, there was no loop but screen was not moved to game menu and i waited like 15 minutes for this. But nothing happens so i just hit reset button. My ps3 turned off and i fired up shift 2 again but this time i saw that all my game progress gone! O_O
Luckily i was able to record that lap but now i can't send it to server, and my game progress shows 0% and all of those races are locked now. I don't have another copy of my save game, and i done i think with this game. I wont start all over.
Seriously steve, seriously you showing replay??? A replay!?!

Funny how you didn't show the speed wall 
after latest disaster i have phase of digging youtube in searching for some decent track runs from both Shift's now. Every time i've watch those movies i just want to get back in time.
