Your reasons for not including it are terrible though.

"It can't take corners" - It can.
"It's the fourth fastest car now" - Irrelevant, it's still faster than most cars
"People only like it for it's speed" - How do you know?

Got anything else?

Nope. You pretty much covered everything I have to say at the moment.

Sure! Why not???

I'd rather have 5 variations of the Veyron than 20 variations of the Nissan Skyline... 👍

If I could convince DP to leave out the Cyberpig, I'd surely do my best. No single car has earned more undeserved hype than this overrated dud. It impresses on paper, but if you take it against real supercars around a circuit (not a drag strip), it gets its nuts handed to it on its own hideous hood. It can't even do 250+ on a superspeedway, so its top speed figures are basically meaningless. The thing isn't even pretty to look at, looking like a shiny painted deuce.

So you don't have any valid reasons for not including it then? Good stuff.

Only immature children would call it that.

I must be really immature. I have a name for every car I don't like, I do like the Veyron though.

I don't see how any of that is reason to remove it. If they took out cars that were slow, had poor handling or that people thought were ugly we'd lose several hundred cars.

A relatively plush super-automobile that allows drivers to do 400 kays in A/C comfort without breaking down every alternate day or leaking oil and fluids...

Very hard decision indeed.

Seems as though the racing soft generation has been spoilt in GT.

Modulating throttle and threshold braking are as far removed from there lives as a foreign language.

Such a shame.

Yep, it seems that every car has to be able to go around any corner effortlessly, and at the same time, be so stable it is unlikely to spin.

In other words, they seem to want the impossible.

Not the impossible, an arcade racer! I see more and more kids play this game not as a realistic driver, but an arcade racer.

They shouldn't get rid of it though, I don't like it but it's still a car! They should get rid of the X1 before they get rid of anything else.

Exactly. :D

When using Racing Softs and SRF on, GT ís an arcade racer.

Which is not necessarily bad IMO, as long as they keep the sim-options available too (and you can enforce them in your online room).

Choice is good, so keep everything in, including the Veyron and the X-series. 👍

Odd. You previously said to get rid of the Veyron.

Which is it?

This thread is too confusing for me to know at the moment. At this point I don't know what we're discussing....

Pure Gold. I may need to change my sig.
