That is why I do not buy beer that I have never tried before unless I can buy a single bottle to try first. There was a liquor store in my home town that had a separate room where you could buy single bottles. Better than wasting money on a whole 6 or 12 pack and not liking it. đź‘Ť

They don't have that option by me.

I'm afraid to even make brats with this stuff. No one wants food that smells like their feet. I bought these on the recommendation from cute latina behind the counter. I mean, if a Mexican girl likes a Polish beer it has to be good right?

Wrong...

Tyskie isn't that bad, then again I like stronger lagers.

Corrected that for you. ;)

Got this for lunch today:

Beer is strange.

I had clients often visit from the UK (old job) and they absolutely loved Budweiser. They said it tasted much better "here" (USA) than it did back in Europe.

Likewise, Coors light is awesome...if you live west of the Rockies. Well, not awesome, but it's a pretty good beer. East of the Rockies? Smells and tastes like something you'd clean a lawnmower with. Disgusting.

I don't get it...

Budweiser is rank, I can only guess it must taste better in the states in order to have gained it's fan base.

It's like Guiness in Ireland tasting the best, apparently it's because when they get a duff batch it's mixed back in with the rest... except they don't do that for batches served locally... not sure if that's true, but I heard it straight from someone that used to work for Guiness....

Tastes like a cross between an old sock and potato chips. The 11 bottles in my 'fridge will probably remain there until armageddon or I pass them off to my Snap-On guy (he's polish).

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Good beer, but again, depends on your tastes.

Awesome. Two of the Ghibli movies I've not seen, I can't wait. They arrived today.

Quoted for truth. Sounds like the spoiled 16 year old girl I knew in Colorado. She had a new WRX for her first car as well, then her dad let her trade it in on a new STi and it was rolled two days later. Now she's rocking a 2007 STi Limited.

Edit: Thought I would add that my Dad just picked up a two owner 1996 Dodge Dakota extended cab with 5.2 V8, auto trans, bed cover and 100k original miles in near mint condition for $3,900. đź‘Ť

How old is she now? :sly:

17. :dopey:

Oh to add to the thread, finally got a new PS3. It's been 5 loooooong months.

I just bought GTA4 for the PC and I am excited to start video capture and editing, also download and use many mods. I am going to have lots and lots of fun for the next year or two, or more.

To go along with that, one of my friends had a ~2004 STi up until last year when a sixteen year old girl t-boned him on the interstate and totaled it. All four people in the STi walked away, but one had to get stitches for a big cut down his face.

đź‘Ť GTA4 in infinitely entertaining, especially the PC version with endless mod and great in-game capturing. Might eventually pick it up myself if the price is right.

Where's the best place to see these mods? I don't have a PC now, but in the past I had Vice City for the PC and modded it a little. (cars mainly) Would like to see what's out there for GTA4.

Ordered these on Sunday... received today. :dopey: Even though they lost! :grumpy:đź‘Ž

I bought it for $20 at Target. But I don't know how much that is in Puerto Rico.

Check here. There are thousands of mods full of excitement.

Saitek (MadCatz) R.A.T.7, or colloquially (or is it more of an aphorism?), The Baddest Mouse on the Planet. :D

Cyborg-R-A-T-7.jpg

I actually just went out and bought one of these. I didn't do it completely based on the fact you bought one, but you planted the idea in my head so I checked around for some information on it, and I ended up buying it a few hours ago.

That Arc touch mouse I bought a couple months ago is nice, but it's so small it has almost no real use for gaming, and after a couple hours it makes my hand hurt. So I'm keeping that around for when I'm using my laptop in public.

But I have to say, I love being able to adjust every part of it exactly how I want it. That and it looks amazing.

Its probably at about that price, though no target here that I know of so best buy or gamestop would be the best option. I could just download it off steam for the same amount of money but it is better to have a physical copy.

After days of deciding, losing an auction for a 4870 X2 by fifty-freaking-cents, I've finally pulled the trigger on this baby:
