Congrats. I have been a home owner for about 12+ years and it is a love / hate relationship for sure. Always try to keep money set aside for emergencies. First thing I would check is to make sure the ENTIRE house is fully insulated. Attic, basement, and walls. It will save you thousands of dollars over time.


On the subject of home projects. I bought some more stuff for my house. Mostly gutter material. About 10 pieces of leaf guard for gutter and 30+ brackets. Also screws. Plastic for another flower bed section I am building.

I agree cant live without wd-40.

This is my latest purchase. Torx T8 Screwdriver for the 360 controller. I have one that slightly strafes to the left. So I plan to take it apart some day and see if this is something I can easily fix. It was only $2.90 with free shipping.
