What make is the M1? It's gorgeous.

The M1 is done by Otto Mobile models. I saw it and really liked the color-scheme, for whatever reason, so I ended up buying it. With that said, it's a resin model with somewhat hit-or-miss quality, unfortunately. Too bad, since they've done quite a few unique models that no one else has made before, and I like a lot of what they do. I just wish that quality was more consistent.

I'm going to have 140 pounds of cheese melted before I go through this citrate, and a whopping 2000 pounds of yield until I exhaust the metaphosphate. Oh well. Buying the kilos was only a few bucks more than the smaller sizes.

The good news is that if I ever get stuck in a zombie apocalypse, I can sprinkle the sodium citrate down my guzzle for sustenance.
