----------------------------------------------------------------

For me:

New Sony Alpha 58 with 18-55mm kit lens plus like new used lenses Sony 75-300mm and Sigma 100-300mm plus 2x Teleconverter (used, like new) plus some Pol, UV and Skylight filters plus camera bag plus 16GB memory card.

Still looking for a 50mm (1.7) lens. Might be a Minolta AF 50mm 1.7 if I get a cheap one in good conditions. They still sell used for around 70 Euros. And they are old....

I always wondered how those wheel stands handle with force feedback. Don't they move around with spirited driving?

From all the reviews I've read (including one from our very own @Jordan) they are actually very stable. There may be a little movement during heavy driving but I've been told that it isn't noticeable in the least.

I'll be able to give proper impressions sometime next week when the stand and T300 RS come in though.

I have one and I can say that it's lot less unstable than I thought it would be, sure it could be better but it's really good for easily movable wheel stand.

I picked up two posters at the Design Barcelona event tonight:

Which will eventually join the one currently hanging in my room:

There seems to be a theme...

Last week I sold my first racebike, an RZ350.

Well the RZ's spot was getting a bit lonely...

2007 Kawasaki KXF450 Flattracker

Lowered suspension, dirt track tires, no front brake, you have to turn it by sliding.

Was run in the AMA, I'm going to be using it for local races every Friday night next year.

Rode it all day today.:D

Ferari F50 is a meh
Pagani Zonda R is ok

Renault F1 Espace is the bees knees
Hey, but at least the Zonda Arrr and F50 GT would be just as fast on the track :P
Anyway I posted more pics of the Espace F1 in the scale model thread. Should check them out :)

I wonder if it's the same chassis as the DTracker 250 I road recently? Obviously a smaller engined road version wouldn't be identical but it had massive torque through 2,3 & 4th and is one of the few chassis I've experienced that will comfortably take all 6ft of me, flat-footed while still wearing 17s.

Nah, it's completely different.
The 250 chassis is closer to a CRF230 than the 450.
The 250 is really an entry level supermoto dual sport versus a full on MX bike that's been lowered.
I mean, you could convert the 250 to be a Flattracker but it really wouldn't be competitive.

If you were nearby I'd have to get you on this thing, 60hp in a dirtbike is ridiculous, and it'll pull from basically any rpm.

Bought a new modem:

Pretty basic, good enough for my interweb needs. At least I don't have to pay to rent one from the cable company anymore.

Just bought a house recently (no pics, still cleaning-up the outside/no time), so I don't have a lot of funds left to spare atm, but I needed some new shoes...

Nike Toki 'Low's, white soles are already smudged with dirt/grease from car-work (GM Tech) - Proud of it !

I need to promise myself not to buy anymore, my last real hobby was baseball cards and, well, :censored:s expensive!

I got some stuff to help make my diecast car photos better. This will really be better than a white poster board backdrop that I use now. First is a grass mat primarily used for model railroad layouts, and second is a pack of 1:24 car show diorama pieces. Third is a 1:24 Volkswagen Santana, purchased about half an hour ago. I'm going for a car show like diorama. Its far from finished though.
