Full leathers for my bike (2 piece with a zip to connect them) equipped with replaceable knee sliders... Now to get the courage to use them!!! :D

Here's how to properly use them (along with the elbow ones):
Doesn't seem too hard. :sly:

Also, since you'll be defying death while looking cool, you might as well pull off at least one of these:

I like this a lot more than I thought I would. It fits nicely in my hand, it's very sturdy and it doesn't repel or attract heat. Plus I think it looks pretty cool.

Bought one of these today:

€0.75 at the gas station. You can never go wrong with a BIC lighter.

Starting today, the local farmers' market will be at my office every Wednesday afternoon. I went and checked it out and my three favorite vendors were there: The guy I buy herbs from, the woman I buy peppers from, and the cattle farm I buy my beef from. $19 later:

2lbs of beef, 5 pickling cucumbers (it was all they had left), and all the banana peppers they had (which I am guessing to be 5-6lbs.)

The bonus to this is that I no longer have to wake up early on a Saturday morning to get my fresh produce.

I like it. What's it made of and how much did it cost?

I got this for Father's Day.

I was at a trendy, fairly expensive, restaurant a few years ago. We ordered a few different desserts to share. One of them was cotton candy. I couldn't believe how much flavor it had. I remember commenting at the time that it reminded me of cherry Jolly Ranchers.

I had no idea up until now, that you could just throw any old hard candy into one of those things. And here I was thinking they must have had some genius for a chef to come up with such a flavorful cotton candy recipe.

They likely have a real cotton candy machine and floss sugar can come in many different flavors. I was looking at it on Amazon and I can buy a pack of six flavors. Cherry is one. In general most places have either strawberry pink, blue raspberry blue, and grape purple. Occasionally you will find lemon yellow and lime green, but that is rare. My general experience though has been that the flavor that we associate as "cotton candy" is strawberry.

For this, the hard candy is if you just use regular white sugar.
