Attention ALL drivers:

Due to PSN Network issues this late into the evening, we will be postponing tonight's event. Even if they were to come back online, stability will likely be an issue. I will announce the make up date. Next week is a maybe, but I need to verify I have no plans with the Mrs. If not, the next week should be a go. I will officially announce the new date later tonight or tomorrow. Everyone currently confirmed for tonight's event will maintain their grid priority for the event as it stands right now. Once the date is announced, I would ask everyone that if you know the new date will not work, to please notify me. If you are not confirmed and would like to get in the Reserve order, please post. Otherwise, you will be assumed to still be confirmed for the event if I do not hear from you.

Unfortunately, due to the weather delay and an extension of our stay in Australia, racing funds ran out and I was forced to take on a sponsor in order to eventually make it home...

I thought the livery was a little boring and too yellow so I thought I try to create my own version of the Mamba Livery from GT3.

While we wait for our make up date for our next event at the Mountain, I figured I'd start dropping the teaser for our next series. The plan is to start accepting entries now. Once the thread is formally up, entrants can build and spec their cars to start time trialing.

Plan would be to leave the month of May open as a break or for the need to make up an event, if another were postponed. Planned start would be in June 2025, obviously pending interest and a roster of at least 18 before locking in the start date for a 7 event season.

This will be a One Make series, templated and formatted the same as the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge, however, we will be using a modified to race spec, widebody Corvette C8. The car will basically be a ZO6 Cup car, similar in form to the Porsche GT3 Cup car.

Hard specs such as aero, normal transmission, wheels, upgrades, and PP base specs will be established and announced soon. Suspension, differential, and horsepower, again, will be the only adjustable options. Figure on the base spec starting at 700.00pp at 3000lbs to be manipulated from there based on TT data. Drivers that raced in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge will TT using their end of season PP regulations, and be fine tuned from there.

Pictures provided of an example livery and spec sheets. (Final livery requirement ms yet to be established, but will be very similar to the Porsche series)

A new decal will be made in place of the banner and top of spoiler decal, along with a different number board. Final livery requirements to be established, similar to the Porsche series.
