Special/Ultimate Parts

Off topic I know... but, wouldnt this be a great way to give out more tickets? Championships that require time driving. Instead of a giant financial reward, 4* ticket as the reward...... crazy idea.
I reckon if PD aren't gonna allow special parts to be purchased in the Tuning Shop, they should at least add in a special type of roulette ticket that exclusively gives out these parts. Once time trials and seasonal events are added in, give these tickets out as rewards for getting gold.

I’ve had a think about this. Check out my idea here 😉

I have a couple of questions for anyone with Titanium Pistons/Con Rods:

i) What happens when you bolt on a turbo? For the standard HC pistons it says they are removed while using forced induction.

ii) Do the Ti pistons increase the rev limit (Titanium is nice and light)?

I was wondering if the Ti pistons are just super HC, or if they are "forged internals" which in real life are used in turbo builds.

The upgrade works fine with the turbo (and, in fact, so do the HC pistons if you go back into the tuning shop)

I know they increase the rev limit, but I'm not sure by how much.

Just won a stage five weight reduction for the Ferrari F8 from a 4* ticket. Haven't seen it mentioned yet.
All I've had so far has been Titanium rods & pistons for the Viper GTS 02 and the Maserati GT
I think there's quite a few vehicles with lvl5. I pulled one for the GTR Safety Car.

Correct. I figured that instead of listing specific vehicles that S Parts became available for, it’d keep things a bit neater just to list the part in general.

But it’s still good to hear specific details, the thread as a whole serves as a resource, not just the main list.

Still hoping I get an S Part for a car I actually want to upgrade!

From what I've seen, every vehicle that has a Stage 4 weight reduction also has a Stage 5, and those that don't have Stage 4 don't have Stage 5.

Those roulettes are so rigged, had 8 saved up, 7 of 8 give me the lowest reward,
1 1 star 1 2 star 4 3 star 2 4 star, on my 7 pull i could see an exclusive engine part, never though i would be lucky enough to land on it but yes finally a Bore up s for gr supra 19 have to be happy for that, hopefully get something more useful soon, but i looks like most have won parts for a very few cars, i bet some cars dosen’t have those exclusive engine parts and they proably get added over time just as new engine swaps

How much HP do the Viper and Maserati make maxed out with the rods? I get the feeling a Viper with rods could easily compete with maxed Corvette ZR1s at Route X.

If you have the F8 - what does it weigh with the stage five weight reduction?

I have High Lift Camshaft S for 911 GT3 RS (991) - I don't own the car yet so can't tell you what it does to power.

Also, carbon propshaft for Murcielago LP640
Added to the list!
It's getting concerning how many vehicles have access to these S parts. Almost makes me wish there was a better way to get them... well let's be realistic now

Makes me wonder if all cars have them available if they have the standard part, maybe thats what pd will add in as time goes by, i sure hope so, becouse that would give some great potential for a lot of the cars in the game, i have only manage about one exclusive part per month at most

If you go into your Garage, then into Tuning Parts, in the top right hand corner of that page is a Stock Limit.

I currently have 11/1000. That’s eleven parts out of a possible one thousand I can store. A thousand?!

I’m pretty sure the S Parts and engine swaps were nowhere near signed off as a finished feature in development. Even if PD had always planned to add to the available parts and swaps with future updates, I can’t help feeling they never planned on releasing the game with so few available. That Stock Limit is a big red flag.

Nice one! How much HP boost over the stock part?
757hp fully built with high rpm turbo 796 with high lift s. Torque drops from 561.1 to 555.5. Good boost in hp.

Edit: may have replied to the wrong comment. This is for the '23 Nissan Z Performance High lift Camshaft S.

That's actually quite insane... 796 HP is even more than the Supra or Skyline R34 make in this game with the standard upgrades. I highly recommend you take that beast out to Route X lobbies and show it off!

On another note, the same upgrade for the 911 GT3 RS takes it from 686 HP up to 727 HP, and by the sound of it, seems to massively increase the rev range as well...
(EDIT: Titanium Conrods also take it up to around 720 HP. Meaning with both upgrades, the GT3 RS can pull at least 761 HP!)

Very Nice👍 Makes me want those parts even more, those the gt3 rs have option for Bore up or stroke up, of thats the case their might be even more potential, but around 761 hp na is still pretty impressive, but i think the chances for both parts at this point on one car is slim, i have never once got parts for the same car as of yet,

The roulettes its a joke had 8 saved up all of them got me the lowest price, and considering how long it takes to farm them its a bit dissapointing

No no no, those are S RIMS you're talking about...

In all seriousness though, I'd like to see super soft tyres come back. Just... not as a roulette part.
😂

Actually yeah, that’d be cool. Along with lightweight wheels affecting unsprung weight and therefore PP.

Everything from heavy standard cast alloys to aftermarket magnesium, carbon fibre alloys and so on.

I recently had a vision in a dream that there was a new "Racing Muffler S" part for the Lexus RC F and LC500... but then I woke up and there was no such thing.

I really need to stop playing GT7, it's damaging for my health

So at this point, I'd say it's pretty common knowledge that almost every road car in the game has unlockable Titanium Conrods and Pistons, and almost every FR and 4WD car has an unlockable Carbon Propeller Shaft. There are also plenty of cars with unlockable Stage 5 Weight Reduction (although this just reduces the weight by the same amount as Stage 3 would on other cars), but what about the other 5 power upgrades? Below, I've listed every car that is known to be compatible with these special upgrades, from both this thread and elsewhere. If the HP difference from installing the upgrade is known, I'll add that too.

Ultra-High RPM Turbo:
  • Nissan Skyline R32
  • Nissan Skyline R33
  • Nissan Skyline R34
  • Nissan GT-R R35 [933>972 hp]
  • Nissan GT-R R35 Nismo [946>992 hp]
  • Nissan GT-R R35 Safety Car [933>972 hp]
  • Toyota Supra RZ
  • Nissan 300ZX
  • Nissan Fairlady 240ZG
  • Mazda RX-7 Spirit R [499>586 hp]
  • RE Amemiya RX-7
  • Falken BRZ Drift Car [1195>1232 hp]
  • Ferrari F40
  • Bugatti Veyron 16.4 [1213>1322 hp]
  • Fiat 500 F (yes, I know)

High-RPM S Supercharger:
  • Chevrolet Corvette C3 Stingray
  • Chevrolet Corvette C3 Convertible
  • Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am
  • Mazda Roadster ND

Bore Up S:
  • VW Scirocco R [488>516 hp]
  • Audi TT 3.2 Quattro [439>470 hp]
  • Mercedes A 45 AMG
  • Toyota GR Supra RZ '19
  • BAC Mono [369>377 hp]

Stroke Up S:
  • Honda NSX-R '02 [590>622 hp]
  • DMC DeLorean S2
  • Toyota S-FR Racing Concept [439>456 hp]

High-Lift Camshaft S:
  • Toyota Crown Athlete [615>657 hp]
  • Nissan Z Performance
  • DMC DeLorean S2
  • Aston Martin DB11
  • Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991) [686>727 hp]
  • Ferrari Enzo

Of course, if any other cars are compatible with these upgrades, let me know and I'll edit the post.
Just updated this post with the known HP figures before and after the upgrades.

I suspect your dream may not be far off. We're in early days with GT7 and one of the previous GT's had hidden "Type C" and "Type V" tyres in the code. Who knows what PD will release or others will uncover. I'd welcome more custom parts.

EDIT: Just got my first S part shortly after posting, this thread may have magical properties.

High Lift Cam S for the BMW M4 Safety car.

STOCK > HL Cam > HL Cam S
425 BHP > 447 (+5%) > 486 (+14%)
56.1 kgfm > 56.1 > 56.1

I've yet to install so don't know the effect on rev limit.

Welp... Another one to add to the list. And safe to say this part's for both the safety car and regular M4.
