Mine is not very creative. My full name is Benjamin Ivan John Cook. Hence Bic, and 44 is, for some reason, my favorite number. Never thought about making a clever one and now I can't change it. Funny story - I played a lot of Forza, including online, and my name was granturismoguy. I got some comments haha

Interesting stories!
Well mine comes from my name "Manuel" (MannY) as for "hAvitZ" I decided to misspell it (habits)

I decided to put these two together cause I have A LOT of HABITS!! if you look the definition for "habits" it says: ''a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.''

I don't like to give up!! I am always competitive no matter what... that is my habit.

That is why I call my self 2"MannY"(many)"hAvitZ"(habits) = I have toooo many habits!

So this is a little off topic, but does anyone know where I can get a good wheel at a budget price? I want a decent one with 900 degree rotation and good force feedback. I used to have a driving force gt, and I was happy with that. I don't want to get a worse wheel than that, but I don't have a lot of money so that is important. I remember getting the DFGT for about $100 brand new on Amazon. Now I can't get it on Amazon Canada, unless I want to pay $300 (!!!!). Ebay ranges from $160-$400....for a used one :crazy::crazy::yuck:. I am willing to pay close to $100 for a used one, and MAYBE up to $150 for a new one, taxes and shipping included. I work two jobs because my wife is not well, so paying for a T500 is way out of the question. And I looked into the Hori ones they sell at Gamestop, but based on the reviews they don't help you with lap times at all. I am going to post this in it's own thread, but I thought I'd ask my fellow club members first in case you have any ideas. (If any of you know where I can get a deal on a G25/27 that would be awesome!👍) Thanks!

if your budget is around 150.... go to kijiji and look for a good condition used G27, it's the best bang for the money.

I live in Cape Breton, so there is not a lot of choice out there on kijiji. There is one G27 on there but the guy wants $300. There are lots of good things about living in the country...shopping is not one of them :boggled:

I like how your PSN name looks like a cheat for Sonic The Hedgehog combined with a swear word.
Also, I used to love NFL too but it all happens too late for our UK local time so I tend to be too drunk to watch nowadays.

Loves me some hot sauce. Put it on pretty much everything. Habaneros huh. I see you weren't just playing around.

Hi Everyone,
For all of you looking for info for the next Event, please see below for what is officially the Japanese Road Car Challenge!!
As I'm sure you guessed by the title, we will be running road cars only. We've done similar races before so this means no race cars allowed at this event. This is not a dig on the race cars as they will be back soon.
Due to further testing of the cars, it has been decided by the SAC racing committee as well as word straight from Polyphony Digital that prototype cars and concept cars will be prohibited from racing in the Japanese Road Car Challenge. Of course this means the future will most likely see a concept/prototype car only event but at this time, to keep things more even, we will be road cars only.
The management team would like to fully apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but as always, comments and opinions are always welcomed and taken into consideration.

The maximum PP level allowed will be 500. There are no HP limitations. The only restriction for this event will be that nitrous is still not permitted.
Each race (5 total) will be 10 laps which is similar to our recent European, American and Japanese tours.
The date for the event will be Thursday September 25th and I will once again be back to hosting.
We will be starting the event at 8:30 PM EST but as always, the room will be open at 8 if not sooner. This will allow for some quick trial runs and just general warm-ups.

So please have your cars tuned and ready to go and keep in mind. These cars can be modified as you wish as long as they stay within the 500PP limit.
You are also allowed to switch your cars between races (kinda difficult to do during races).

Much time has gone into testing these to make sure the timing is right for the amount of laps as well as the PP levels. Please lets all thank Manny and Mazda for that. Word on the street is that Manny was actually accepted to come out to practice with the Mexican National soccer/football team and he turned it down just to make sure these laps and PP levels worked out just right. I know I'm not supposed to say anything but Mazda also turned down something once in a lifetime. He was offered a shot at a starring role in a major Hollywood production and again, GT6 came first!
Way to go guys!
And I assure you, none of those last few sentences were completely made up at all!!!!;)

So without further ado (and me doing meaningless typing and wasting all of our time), here is the list of tracks.

Apricot Hill (2.40 miles)
Special Stage Route 5 (2.35 Miles)
Cape Ring - North (2.39 miles)
Eiger Nordwand- Short track
Autumn Ring

**No humans or animals were harmed in the testing of the tracks or writing of this page.
***Polyphony Digital name used for entertainment purposes.

Thank you Manny and Mazda!

On another note, regarding this Thursday, are we going to vote for track every race? the reason I ask is because it APPEARS Zahara will be released Wednesday or Thursday, and I think all of us will want to try it. Maybe one race could be specially scheduled for there? Just a thought

Yes we will be vote on every track

Well, time to warm up with the Suzuki. I might as well go tackle my TA goals on the Nür.

Also, who votes on the PP limits for every week?
