The camera is crap,so i can't get better pictures.
But yeah, I'm happy with the result.

Some rarities arrived.
Speedo from Koral Junior (0-160kmh) and signal side from oldest "Jugo" with symbols viewable only when they are on(black when off)

I wonder how many guys are gonna go "a yugo can go a hundred?!" :P

gague faces are kinda rare over here, even for collectables that have them made (you can get the circut boards for them, easier)

This kinds of gauge faces are extremely rare even over here ,and we are as you could see full of Yugos and parts for them.
Actually the gauges will be a combination of 4 different gauges for desired look.
Old type gauges has different connector jacks and no water temp. scale( just light).
Only Junior has the 0-160kmh speedo with temp. scale, and only oldest Yugo 1980-1983. has the right side with no symbols with lights off.
All i have to do now is to find orange dials for temp. and fuel scale, whole prefacelift gauge since my is facelift and has different arrangement of warning lights.
Whole lot of complication for the details :)

Anyway

First made the lower sheet(not viewable on images) that is practically a bridge.
Than the upper mid section, and side sections.

heh. we've had a few cars over here that were all "idiot lights" (as we call them) instead of gagues there's nothing more annoying than getting in the car and finding the only thing you've got is a speedo and odometer...and the entirety of the rest is all idiot lights :P

I've got an idea...mabey we could rig it to send back some pieces from the ones we got, for emergencies when NOS bits aren't available. the only thing I could see is a problem is what bits besides the obvious that have been "Americanized".

btw, what's the weight of one of those? 700 kilo at the most?

No need to worry about parts,i can get all of them here. :)
But thank you anyway,i respect that.

The weight is about 700-800 kg stock.
I will weight mine for sure when i get it on the road.

I just tried to polish one rim to see how it will work out. All will be redone soon when i make the polishing machine.

Working pace is a bit slowly right now and I haven't made any pictures.
But i managed to get on hold some more Italian wheels, minilite style now.

Boomerang 5.5x13,appareantly from 1975.

Nice find, will you be using those on the car then or the previous wheels you found?

Enjoying watching this project coming along 👍

I plan to refurbish all of them when i get to that part of the work. If i find one more set of 175/50-13 tires i will drive them both ocasionally :)
I'm still short of one 4 spoke OZ wheel that is my favorite that i have. I would like to complete that set as well.

The project looks like it's really coming along. Did you have to trade the 5-stars for the minilites? Either should look great on the car.

There are a lot of American Yugo fans at www.grmotorsports.com who would be interested in your build!

Wheels are my obsession,so i still have them all :)

Thanks for the link, i will represent it there.

Finally working on my car again.

I aquired 5 speed short ratio gearbox (4.07 instead of 3.76)
Found Regata S85 1500 engine for basis.
Managed to get 272° cam from 128 Rally.
And some 165/55-13 tires for second set.
