Congrats on the little Punto! :D How's the Yugo going? 👍 Been very impressed with the work you were doing on "Junior!" :dopey: --- Randy

Never seen a Punto on Minilites before, looks great though! 👍 Really enjoying your thread too :)

Hahah I may slam it. Anyway, wheels time.

About the Jugo, it's spending the time in my Garage, I'm postponing it due to low cash etc. I may attend college this year. That's far more important.

hey, i wondered where this thread went. at least your using the wheels you spent so much time on.

they're talking about hauling Puntos over here, too.

It actually looks like a car with those wheels and tires! Maybe a little lower profile.

I would love a set of 165/50-15", but I need to finish the Yugo. This car will be daily from now on with no further mods but wheels. Just gas, oil and water :)

Painted removed, 3 wheels straightened. One will need some work before polishing.

Bought Momo R3 for my collection.

My brother's ATS collection widened a bit. 7x13 all around, 2xET3, 2xET14.5, 5xET20. Need to finish these within a week or two. I did two and tested on my car

That looks ace, always liked the look of 128s. I can see a few flash bits on it, anything in particular done to the engine?

At the moment it's just a standard 1100 engine with really loud exhaust. It revs like hell :)

I have at home few 1500,1400 and 1300 engines. Will probably build 1300 eventually. I decided to get to know the car and the suspension setup with this engine before upgrading it. Only thing I'm going to trow in is a short ratio gearbox and lightened flywheel.

I did some mods to the suspension

New steering rack
Longer front arms, improved camber settings
Stiffer and shorter shock absorbers
Single stiff leaf spring
7x13 wheels with 175/50-13"
...

Will fit flywheel today hopefully. Camshaft eventually. DCNF manifold needs new bolt pattern since some idiot changed it to suit DGV or something. Vitalonis are still waiting.

Flywheel machined to 4000-4100g and balanced.

That 128 looks already epic. What's the plans for that thing?

and how's the Yugo coming along?

Also, Ronal turbos ftW.

Thanks, 128 is daily driver. Plans are to get things in order and play with details.
Ronal Turbos sold to finance the 128. Yugo is standing still unfortunately.

Californians fitted finally. Weber DMTR32/32 fitted also with Sprintfilter.

Finally some good stuff for my own car.

Gotti 5T 7x13 ET20, originally fronts for Renault 5 Turbo or Turbo 2

bild1957.jpg

There has been some more improvements on the front suspension, polybushes and aluminium swaybar blocks. Steering is very good now!

Thank you. Yes, I'm pretty much known for my wheel obsession. Although when I compare myself to other wheel freaks online, I'm just a small fish in the sea.
