I should've added children depending on age. If you're 14,15,16 I think you should be allowed to decide. Obviously family etc. should be allowed to give input and verbally try to stop them. But utlimately it's should be the persons call.

So what if you're 13? 12?

Do you believe it's the same for all other things to do with their body? Why not 13? Or 12?

I'm really not sure what that age should be.

did i say it was a fact? Next time i'll just state it's my opinion so no one jumps to conclusions as they always do.

You stated both as fact, despite not even close to enough information being available at the time to make anything other than a wild guess. So yes in future you might want to be a little clearer.

I believe in free will and right to do whatever you want with your own body so long as you're not infringing on anyone else's rights. If you want to kill yourself, then by all means feel free to do so. Just don't harm anyone else in the process.

And to this, I would add don't do it in front of anyone else, either.

I agree with you in principle, I'm very much in favour of your right to your own life and euthanasia, but age and maturity comes into it at some point. If I had hypothetically killed myself at the age of 14, with the hindsight and knowledge I have now at the age of 21, I would say that it would have been a foolish mistake.

My ignorance is dismissed and I stand corrected. Next time I'll doublecheck what I type.
