We ran 20 laps under caution, had a big wreck on the last 2 laps, but over all I thought it was a fun race

It was fun, I'd never do it again, but it was fun.

It was something to do if you didn't feel like racing online. It was about what you would expect for an online NASCAR event (just can't bring myself to use the word "race").

Are we limited to just the DTM cars, or any touring car? You have two lists of touring cars in that link, the top list is all DTM and the bottom list is the rest of the touring cars.

Both lists. 600pp should hopefully even out the field.

So what happened Friday night?

It was fun, I'd never do it again, but it was fun.

It was something to do if you didn't feel like racing online. It was about what you would expect for an online NASCAR event (just can't bring myself to use the word "race").

I had a BLAST that night! I know it was different but running in packs, rubbing, avoiding huge wrecks (or accidentally starting huge wrecks) was just plain fun. Soopa did a great job driving the pace car and I gotta say we kept him busy.

Roadrash did a great job calling "ready ready GREEN". Hell logan you wouldn't believe it but I almost won this race! I had the lead pretty much throughout lap 58 and 59 but got a little high on the last lap and ended up grinding the wall. It slowed me down enough that 3 cars got past me.

I would definitely do it all over again.👍

I've removed the drivetrain restriction from this weeks race to open up the field for more vehicles.

Hell logan you wouldn't believe it but I almost won this race! I had the lead pretty much throughout lap 58 and 59 but got a little high on the last lap and ended up grinding the wall. It slowed me down enough that 3 cars got past me.

I thought you had a podium finish in the bag man, really bad luck for you to finish any less than 3rd, also thought you were robbed of pole position. You had that pole after something like 5 laps, then Scorpion stays out and despite having half a tank of fuel only just manages to beat your time with 2 minutes left for qualifying, you'd have easily hit the mid 42's on half a tank...

Thanks Soopa! So many things happen during a wreck that it was hard trying to catch it all LOL Hopefully the pics I did take paint a good picture of what happened to anybody that missed the event. Its one of my all time favorites so far.

LMP 1 cars, I think there are about 4 spaces left. Some really good drivers. We are running weather/time change. Should go through a complete day/night cycle, rain may or may not happen.

Dj I am getting around the 1:30 mark so far with my touring cars.
I do not have any DTM cars to test out the large gap in times that will occur

Average is around 1.20-1.22. 35 laps should get us close to 45 mins

I think 35 might be a little high. If you ran 1:20 for every lap @ 35 laps it would total just under 47 minutes with out a pit. I have not been under 1:22 yet, but I'm slow.

The super touring cars are also eligible, not just DTM. I tested one of the super touring cars and lap time were within 3-4tenths of the DTMs.

One of those bikini coconuts? My wife threw a fit when I was contemplating leaving my towels behind so I could squeeze in my ps3.

You know my math is terrible. So I'm guessing 30 laps and we should be good
