I just wanted to know why YOU think games that SMS has made shouldnt reflect on the company? It just seems you like to hold the publishers responsible for the game play and it shouldnt reflect on the developer. Just would like to why you think that. No need to get your panties in a bunch.

I take it anyone can get this its not just limited to the US?
There's a menu there with only "United States" selectable which doesn't bode well for non US residents. If anyone outside the US is able to order and download from there, please let us know (I have mine pre ordered - If I didn't, I'd try to buy the download version...).

Picked it up this morning from my local Gamestop for the PS3. Using a Logitech Driving Force GT, and it's quite fun. I don't like the "sway" feeling, but it's no where near as aggressive as SHIFT was... it's more "stable" however. I feel it's worth the $50.

The 1990 Ferrari F1 is a blast. It's a shame SMS didn't include the Monza 1958 "big oval" like they did for the Shift2 DLC. It's now got hay bales with a fence behind.. blocking it. :(

Not sure if they have a resident racing game reviewer or if he's on holiday but saying there's a difficulty spike means nothing to me.

How's the physics would be a good start.

Squach I think the question on a few people's lips: Does it have noticeable input lag, like Shift 2? I can deal with the physics of Shift 2, it's the slow response to the controls which kills it for me.

It does not. Atleast I do not notice it with the DFGT.

No demo? Bummer.

Meh, Eve Of Destruction is the best thing Test Drive ever did.
I still have that and it plays great with the G27. however "Test Drive" is just a name like "Need For Speed". It has sub titles and its used for namesake. V-Rally. Le Mans 24hr both had NFS and TD slapped on it for U.S. markets.

Eve of destruction is one of best that use the title.

Sorry for delay in replying...

The Atari website mentions nothing of not being compatible for download to other regions. It certainly has no problem taking details of your address etc which clearly should detect if their is a limitation to notify the customer.

As yet my processed order number does not give me a link to download the game.
So I am not certain if this is to do with it not yet available or with my UK address some way preventing it.

They certainly though had no problem taking my money....

Now they have a legal issue.

Same problem here.

I'm wondering if this might end up "straight to DV...PSN" for the EU market. TDU2 ended up on there eventually, as did the various almost identical iterations of the System 3 Ferrari Game (which actually isn't half bad and I feel obliged to play it properly before looking at this, seeing as I bought it around a year ago).

I'm very interested in this game but not really prepared to pay "full price", would prefer a mid-range price on PSN or wait for used copies to hit eBay, depending on how it gets released over here.

EDIT: I am of course talking about the PS3 version, separate to the PC release and whatever regional issues seem to be unfolding with that.
