That looks pretty good, but I'm not that hardcore to where I need two like that. I've changed it between H and Sequential a few times and am getting pretty quick at it, takes me about 45 seconds total.
I held off on giving a full review until I had used it for a couple weeks. I'm not going to write a ton, but I will give my basic feelings about it.
Pros: Very versatile with the mounting solution, easily changeable from H-pattern to Sequential, looks pretty good (even better with the red pinstriping as seen above), once you get it adjusted it really feels great.
Cons: The shaft is pretty tall, wish the shift throws were a little shorter. The tension adjustment screw moves with the rest of the unit, so each time you want to adjust it you have to reposition everything, adjust tension, test, repeat. A little annoying but not a huge deal.
Overall thoughts: Well, I ordered a second one for my second rig I'm building, so what does that tell you? I really think for the price, it's the best shifter out there. There are cheaper and more expensive solutions, but I think the TH8RS really hits a sweet spot. Maybe the Fanatec Clubsport Shifter will take the throne when it's released?
