There was an absolutely stunning 635CSi roaming around campus in the fall. I saw it a few days ago, and the Fargo weather and road salt had taken a nice chunk out of the quarter panel.

Yeah just an FYI, the Lotus thread alone sucks 25GB of Photobuket bandwidth a month, so who knows how much this puppy will add to that traffic.

A lot of the pictures in that thread were in one place so guys on bandwidth "prioritized" for "important" things could open the thread and let it sit for a while. This one you just kinda have to sit and watch it load. It's well worth the wait though.

A fellow Lotus owner is building this car. It is the most extensive rebuild I have ever seen. Everything is being restored and protected. It has already had a Nissan RB26DETT fit to run in that engine bay somehow, hence the project name BMW 326rb. He's finally gotten to the body section, just finished shaving some sill lines and now has to do some major cutting:

I remember this 8. Was for sale many months ago for $12,400, and had me interested until I found out the V12 & the CSI on the end weren't going to be kind on me.

The load times surprisingly aren't bad for me, just the bloody comp. Especially with iTunes open. (256mb of ram + FireFox and iTunes is already a bad idea. Add in lots of pics, and you get the, err, picture)

Some of the cars aren't to my taste, but others made my jaw hit the floor.

Might do some pic searches to see what I come up with.

It's not RAM that's the problem. It's the bandwidth. Apparently Hope thinks that research is more important than cars .

And try having Firefox, iTunes, a video chat on AIM and Google Earth going at the same time. That plus Vista gobbles up all 2 gigs this machine has. The processors aren't happy either.

RAM happens to be a problem when you have 10+ FireFox tabs open, iTunes, Ventrilo on but signed off, and XP on 256mb of ram.

Bandwith really isn't a problem for me, and the load time isn't bad. My poor 1.465ghz single-core with low L2 and a 133 FSB can't handle it.


Now we need to get back on topic. E21s.

E21s are badass when done up for pure racing like a recent mod for GT Legends:

I've had the Bavarian bug since I was 2 years old (according to my mum), loved my uncle's red E30 325 coupe, I've grown and guess what I got when I got into uni

first faclift E46 coupe on saudi had alot of trouble with it for the year I used it went into the dealer 14 time

so replaced it with this

My dream car is an E46 M3 CSL , one day I'm going to own one
