What does create livery mean? Will we be able to have freedom in that area?
That's an interesting point actually, considering it was listed on IGCD along with other cars that are, infact, in the game.
That might be true, but the Giulia screenshot lines up with lots of other cars that happen to be in the game and the video, such as the Porsche 964, Megane, or the Abarth 124, all three of which happened to appear in the carlist video linked in this thread.Somebody said not to trust IGCD with games that are releasing, and I am inclined to agree. Often times they pluck pictures from the web, and cannot be verified.

The Giulia however, despite being a model there and as well as listed on InCloud's spreadsheet with a price of around 356k credits, was nowhere to be found in the video.

What about the Alfa Giulia quadrifoglio
Maybe they could allow the cops to do the same?Given how TC2 is centred around a racing festival theme much like the Horizon series, I don't see the lack of police as a big deal. I would even go as far as saying implementing police would make the game feel awkward - how would the law keep up if you suddenly transition from a car to a boat to a plane in the space of 30 seconds?

Near the end you can see cops chasing somebody on the Golden Gate Bridge along with a police helicopter swooping in as a plane flies by.
I would be okay with it being just it's own game mode as long as they don't screw it up like Payback did. Although free roam chases are always the best in my opinion, and there's surprisingly very few open world games out there this generation that have free roaming cops.I'm guessing all this speculation is because that's about all the mention there's been about cops and that it "wouldn't fit in", but right you are - there were indeed cops in the first trailer.
I guess that *could* technically still be a mission/activity/PVP thing, but.. it's something.
Not like in first game. There arent stock and spec'ed cars, only spec'ed cars with NOS. Difference is that in first game after buying spec'ed car you should upgrade it from 1to299 level and in second all cars by default has some minimum performance level(10 for Wrangler and 240 for Murcielago, for example).if we are going to be able to drive the bone stock / factory cars, as we did in the first game
There wasnt in early builds. Actually things may change in beta or post release updates.Said who
There were police in e3 build, Slaptrain even crash into them and nothing happens.that there are no police roaming around

Cause there isnt police in latest builds. My guess is that they would add it in post release update or even addon. I can say that this isnt their number one problem, game lacking something much more important.Latest gameplays I've seen have none going around.
no. Actually there isnt "story mode" just progression like in Forza Horizon.it's part of the "story"
What do you mean by this?game lacking something much more important
Half of the game. Cant talk about it, just hope that they will bring it in Beta. What do you mean by this
