This guy mentioned that people are gonna be making some cool recreations of liveries with the livery editor which got me pumped. So I know this livery editor is gonna be pretty good. I guess people aren't allowed to show it yet because I haven't seen anybody actually show it off and I watched a lot of videos in terms of customization. The only thing people would show is the weak sticker options for the cars.

I remember The Crew wasn't compatible with any wheel at all. Is G29 compatible? That would make a huge difference for me. Without compatibility I'll stick only with FH4.

Don't know about Logitech but Thrustmaster site shows Crew 2 being compatible with every wheel I checked (on PS4 and Xone too). Wasn't like that a week ago so they must've updated that info recently.

The livery editor has finally been shown off! Finally. Looks great too. 1000 layer's for each side if I heard him correctly. And if I had to guess the local category probably mean your own decals or decals that you downloaded from others..... I hope so. I have no clue how the 2D mode works when it comes to creating your livery.

IDK, really. Alpha stage should be unfinished product by definition and beta should be finished but unpolished product. So, there is chance that last test was some kind of development mule and beta will be complete featurewise. On the other hand, I dont know how they plan to balance most complicate part of the game in two month without massive amount of testers

Well, miracle doesn't happen. Its almost the same as Alpha half year ago

If anyone is wondering how to get credits fast, the way I do it is by doing the street race in Las Vegas on hard. Just race it on normal until you get your car to 230 and then change it to hard. You get a little under 20k every 2'ish minutes.

I've only done the race in LA and then I drove to Las Vegas. So far, I'm really liking it. But my major gripe is that it's trying too hard to be like Horizon. I don't like the festival stuff and the jumps and ramps all over the city that are still there in free roam. They even had it on a on ramp onto the highway. There was no way around it.

Having played for around 45 minutes last night I can say I am not. The premise behind the first game was ridiculous but I much preferred it to this "becoming an internet superstar" theme.

It doesn't help that the guy buzzing in your ear is a dozen times more annoying than Zoe ever was.

After playing the beta for a few hours last night im liking it so far. My only gripe is the long loading screens. Even for opening the photo app. I remember on the crew 1 it would open instantly without any loading screen. Anyway im loving the livery editor even though I only created one livery so far. I'm gonna really try to make something more impressive today. I just like the game doesn't force you to do anything. It kinda reminds me of the career mode on pcars2. Choose what you wanna participate in and off you go. Graphics look great and frame rate is smooth. I really do hope they add PVP in when the game actually releases. That's kinda of a big deal to me.

Played it for 2 hours straight today since downloading. Really enjoying it so fair, I like the feel and I like that it’s a bit silly. Loads of variety in the event types and some pretty decent cars in there that I wasn’t expecting. Il definitely be picking this up.

I only really played until I hit the popular mark (which was done by completing a few free roam stunts and races after being introduced to each discipline) and I can already tell this game is going to be a lot of fun. I love the atmosphere created by the game, the laid back theme and colourful interface feels far more welcome than the first game.

The physics are decent too, though I've only reached that judgement from chucking my near-stock MX-5 about the most. I liked flying more than expected, most likely because it is more different from the other disciplines. I echo the thoughts of those who say this is what TDU could have evolved into, I'm getting strong vibes of that fused with Forza Horizon.

On that basis, a pre-order of the Gold edition may be on the cards. 👍

The game is beautiful.

Just threw a livery together real quick. I actually made 3 and they not my best but just feeling it out. Hoping that it's a decal uploader like GT sport.

I think the Season Pass is worth it.

The priority is getting the season pass but I'm still deciding whether the other items + early access is worth it.

Well after playing the beta I put down the money for the gold edition. I have only ever pre-ordered a handful of games so it shows what I think of it. I have justified the price with the fact i have been doing loads of overtime at work so i deserve a treat for my 12 hour overtime shifts lol.

Did almost 20 laps on Little Eagle yesterday with some random guys.. had a 60km cruise run with some fellow bike rider. And I had a ton of fun. It's the best arcade racer on the market IMO.. and I can only confirm my gold preorder.
