The Epic GT6 Thread (No Whining or Crying)

So am I. That really needed some improving, glad it's been given attention. I also looked at Jordan's news and wanted to bring this up.

I really love the way how damaged and dirty the front of the car is now. To think it's actually going to stay like that after finishing a race, and you're free to fix it whenever you wish. That's so cool!

Ascari is an awesome track! I'm sure it will be a favorite of pretty much everybody when we finally get to use it!
Thats good to hear. I think I heard someone same that the Ascari track will be a "go to" test track for when you buy a new car.

I'm really happy with the cars that are going to be in the game. I finally have a premium Shelby GT350. :)
I will have fun on Willow with that Boss 302 Mustang.

I'm hoping they improved night lighting to equal the new "night racing @ Apricot Hill".
It would appear to be well lit in this particular shot....👍 Though, it may only be early night or early morning??

Such a stunning picture you got there @Stumps_GTI. 👍 I too hope night time is improved, and looking at this picture, it seems to be. Haha. :D I'm going to guess it was evening time and it's becoming night. :)

THAT looks AWESOME. Trying to figure out what part of apricot hill that is.

The cars will probably have a lot more dirt on them after off-road races.

actually maybe just before that. Apricot Hill has a lot of chicanes...
I think that's right - if anything, it's the chicane after the first right-hander that drops down the hill...but it's been a long time since I played on that track.

If it is that one, then its a lot less tighter than it used to be...

The right-left chicane just before the final corner, but on that screenshot we're looking the opposite way like its on the reverse circuit.

That looks like the right hander after the double-apex turn 1. You can see the hairpin on the other side of the track.

Or maybe the right left after the right hand hairpin after coming off the straight as you can see the bridge in the background.

I was referring to the Dunlop Bridge over the backstraight, which you wouldn't be able to see from where you're suggesting. The Dunlop advertising is gone but it is illuminated by the Apricot Hill Sign.

They've just removed some of the landscape and foliage.

Yes, I must admit guys, I've been scratching my head working this pic out...:boggled:
The same angle during the day does not help greatly either.
The Dunlop/Apricot Hill bridge in the background doesn't really blend in with the track map when compared to some old footage. Unless they have changed the position of the bridge of course..:indiff:

I would wager a guess that a significant bulk of the posts in the "Whining and Crying" thread are from members disputing the criticisms and arguing that the game "really isn't that bad" and how everyone "needs to appreciate all the hard work PD puts into the game" and stuff like that. Including going over the same topics over and over again.

Meanwhile all the positive feedback is smeared across umpteen threads dedicated to every feature, announcement, wishlists, etc...

If only logic were contagious... 👍
