I think it was mentioned in one of Jordan's news posts, where he was talking about the GT Arena.YES! I forgot about that, where is the source for that? I have never seen it yet.

Yes, I must admit guys, I've been scratching my head working this pic out...
The same angle during the day does not help greatly either.
The Dunlop/Apricot Hill bridge in the background doesn't really blend in with the track map when compared to some old footage.Unless they have changed the position of the bridge of course..

Lol @ concoursI really love the way how damaged and dirty the front of the car is now. To think it's actually going to stay like that after finishing a race, and you're free to fix it whenever you wish. That's so cool!
I was referring to the Dunlop Bridge over the backstraight, which you wouldn't be able to see from where you're suggesting. The Dunlop advertising is gone but it is illuminated by the Apricot Hill Sign.
They've just removed some of the landscape and foliage.
I won't be surprised if there are slight changes to the track. It's the right hander after Turn 1/2.
The bridge still looks to be in the same position, it's just that you can't see the rest of the backstraight and the subsequent left hander out of the hairpin because it's the lowest point of the circuit. The hairpin is actually to the left of the shot. This is the field of view:

It does, I think these will be popular since Mercedes did the sounds. XDDDThat Mercedes Vision concept looks awesome! GT6 might actually become my new favorite if this keeps up.

If graphics and physics are anywhere close to what it's been shown in trailers, then the results are really close to a miracle. Sure, the game does have weak points, and as far as I know there are still aspects that need urgent improvement (most of all, sounds and collision dynamics -don't care much about damages, but I want the car to behave realistically when it hits a wall, or rams into another car-). But I would have never expected the ps3 being able to produce such a beautiful result. Of course, I can't say that GT6 looks BETTER than FM5, which is running on a far more powerful hardware, but sure enough, it looks way more REALISTIC, from lighting to reflections, from visual effects to night skies and weather transitions.
Also, they did a GREAT work with the inclusion of wonderful tracks that will keep us entertained for a looong time. Not that much with cars, but I'm sincerely hopeful that this aspect will be fixed in a month or two via DLCs.
I do not express myself about the editor, since what it will be capable of is still unclear so far, but if it meets half of what it promises, it will make this game endless.
All in all, I was one of those who thought that GT6 would be just a cash cow, with few improvements and most of the problems of GT5 being ported untouched. But, based on the latest news and media, I firmly believe that this game will be the indian summer of ps3.
Very few games have such a soul, a passionate eye for detail (regardless if its PS2 or PS3 era models) and a love for the art, the mechanics and the engineering of the roaring vehicles that traverse these routes. The snaking concrete roads that these wheeled beasts roam, that is our haven, and Gran Turismo allows us to do this as close to real life as possible (on consoles).
Being one of the few game franchises/series that I have stuck with since the very beginning, I am so glad it gets to celebrate its 15th anniversary of existence, of what it offers to us players, and what it tries to do for us, and the ever evolving influence it has on the car industry as a whole. Let it continue forever more~
