I would go with 3 or 4 tone colouring just so that it'd look more like a graphic. This way you can make it look more like a graphic decal than a car with a bunch of stickers. Also, IMO if you want to get into making a good composition, don't get caught up trying to squeeze in every inch of a character into the body panel. You end up compromising a potentially good crop because you wanted to see her toes or the very top of her head..or something minute as that.
Yeah, it's a tough compromise to get the composition and proportions right, when I made the characters bigger and cropped them more it was cutting them off at points that looked really awkward.
I'm planning on making either static cling or magnetic vinyls that I can take off except when at events, so I can't have a full wrap color scheme for the car. That limits me quite a bit but I can't have my car itasha'd 24/7.
Part of me is thinking maybe I should forget the 2 and just do the E30 instead since I barely use it anyway.
