Man. Bakuman III is so full of hype. Episode 24 was killer. You guys are missing out like crazy.

Stop watching your booby shows and kiddy action flicks, Bakuman fills you up with more excitement with every episode.

I've got to say, I haven't seen a single episode of either season, but if I've got some time in between all my booby shows, I might start watching the first couple of episodes and see how it feels.

Well another person told me how the manga wasn't worth reading. So I got the impression the manga really ain't that great after all.
It is really that great. The only problem I've had with the manga is how long it takes to read. Each volume takes me at least two hours to read as opposed to 50 minutes to an hour. That is how much dialogue they pack into there, something rare for a Shonen manga.

The only series I've read that comes close to that amount of dialogue is One Piece (Random tidbit: Which is why they're able to do "One chapter=One episode" more easily with that series, leading to significantly less filler).
All the winter anime is ending, and that makes me sad.
It's making me sadder when I look at what's coming up next season. Looks just about as weak as this season, maybe even weaker.

I know it's a very old post, but seeing I've actually made a post in this thread now, I may as well reply.

Who watches anime?

I do. Well, at least I used to, I haven't watched a lot in the last couple of years. Simply too busy, I guess.

What animes do you like?

Predominantly Sci-Fi and Fantasy.

Are you into anything else directly related to anime?

Yes, hot chicks in skimpy cosplay outfits.

What is your fav. anime series?

Juuni Kokuki (I still want more to this day)

Mind you, it's not my most watched anime series, that would be:

Claymore (I just have a thing for girls with swords, particularly the monster-slaying kind), and yes, I'd love to throw away the last couple of episodes and just keep going along with the manga, but it doesn't change that it's still the anime I've re-watched the most.

What is your fav. anime movie?

Don't seem to be able to make up my mind just now. I'll think on it some more. Besides, what difference does format make?

Hello Anime thread!

[Edit]
Oh, before I forget, here's my case of why Forza 4 is most definitely better than GT5. :P

Can you put up with teen drama? If so, then you'll be able to at least watch an episode. I don't want to give you the impression that it's the sort of "teen drama" you're probably thinking, but there are people who indiscriminately hate it like how Cano can't tolerate Vash of the Trigun for biased reasons. There isn't really too much teen drama at all, but I thought I'd throw that in as a disclaimer.

Well.. you have Railgun S, Oreimo II, sequel to Nisemonogatari, and Anohana the movie to look forward to.

Well, if you like them that much, here's another...

Thanks for the disclaimer. I can put up with at least one episode of just about anything. Whether I'll watch a second, that has to be seen.

Aside from the real-life NGE liveries, I want to see an amateur itasha that can match the Black Rock Shooter 458 Italia one I made up.

Dammit, if only I was near an Xbox 360. I have a sweet Eva-01 R33.

Haganai NEXT doesn't feel complete. Possibly the first time I'm disappointed about the end of an anime. They left it way open for a movie or at least a third mini-season, if not a full one.

You have to keep in mind it's an adaption, and the vast majority of the time they end while the source material is ongoing, so it's not uncommon to not get a real ending.

Haganai's light novels are still on-going. As I just learned from someone on Twitter, apparently each season covered 4 light novels, and 8 are out right now. So prepare for a long wait for the next season, and by long, I mean years.

Season 1 cover 1-part of 4, NEXT covered from the rest of 4 to idk how much of 8 since I haven't seen the last episode.

Episode 11 ended on Dancing Mad and there was still A New Light
Oh Flower
, Bloom in her Resilient Heart, and The End of the Prologue/The Day Kodaka Hasegawa Became a Protagonist left in novel 8. I noticed that they missed an entire chapter of 8 though.

There is also Haganai Connect, but that wouldn't be a direct sequel. Novel 9 is supposed to come out soon too.

There's definitely room for more with Haganai NEXT.

The fact that they spent half the entire episode on Rika battling Kodaka made it ever so apparent. Yozora running away leaves the possibilities endless. Yukimura was so moe this episode.

Other than that, I'm progressing through Gintama ep30, and watched Air Gear ep1.

So have I mentioned how bad I want to itasha the 2? I really want to do a Kuroneko theme but good art is almost impossible to find, I'd probably have to commission vector art. I did this mockup using a random vector I found, I'd rather go with a more standard Kuroneko outfit. (Or the school uniform.)

Miku is also a possibility since the colors of the car already go with her, and art is everywhere.

^ Your Miku is exceuted quite nicely! 👍 But your Kuroneko seems out of place (no pun intended).

EDIT -> I will also be watching Future Diary ep.1 (before I go to bed), I'm curious about Yuno... :sly:

I would go with 3 or 4 tone colouring just so that it'd look more like a graphic. This way you can make it look more like a graphic decal than a car with a bunch of stickers. Also, IMO if you want to get into making a good composition, don't get caught up trying to squeeze in every inch of a character into the body panel. You end up compromising a potentially good crop because you wanted to see her toes or the very top of her head..or something minute as that.
