Speaking of Black Lagoon, I've tried making Revy in SR3. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find her hairstyle.

I did that too. The REALLY annoying part is her tattoo. It is interesting that after messing around with the SR4 Inaugeration station demo, it seems like they tried to go with a more Revy style voice, but that could just be me.

Also, I watched Chrno Crusade and it was...not so good.

I count it as garbage. I thought it was going to be a serious zombie horror show and it was the exact opposite. Japan does it again...

That's a good thing. Evangelion is the best anime ever.

That's weird. For some reason in the last few days this thread has picked up.

Oh, well since you say it like that...
Obviously if you don't like it then it must be garbage.

I'll give back some of the points you lost with that attitude since you say EVA is the best ever. It's close though I wouldn't say it's the absolute best.

None the less, this stuff is all opinion. 👍

In my OPINION, it is garbage. I never said my opinion was fact. Don't get butthurt. The show just happened to be the complete opposite of what I expected and I didn't enjoy it. If you liked it, great.

I guess I'll crawl back to ARM. I forget people get offended so easily here instead of rolling with the punches.

Oreimo 2 OVA's finished. Wow, that was some nonsensical 🤬 (Plausibility=None) that somehow ended up being enjoyable.

(Major spoilers, read at your own risk)
Even the ending to episode 16 which erased the entire point of the OVA's, and led to even more nonsensical character development. Their love is all of a sudden erased, the incest, gone. Kyousuke you've 🤬 up your life. You turned down all those girls to confess to your sister, dated her, tried to marry her, and then, threw it away because of that promise, and you have no girls after you anymore. If you had picked one (Preferably Kuroneko), you wouldn't have had this problem.
It's a mystery to me how I was able to enjoy certain parts of these OVA's without raging. Overall I give these a 4/10. I'm still a bit confused on how I truly feel about this to be honest other than it was somehow enjoyable, and it was awful, mainly due to all that nonsense.

BTW, there was a report last night that for a split second Oreimo was trending worldwide on Twitter. I can believe it, the internet exploded last night with lots of rage.

2 weeks behind on my shows. Still got spreadsheets tables to complete.

You seemed to have taken that a little too personally as well.

Perhaps. It's just that Roll Eyes smiley pisses me off, lol. I guess he just doesn't know me well enough yet.

I am also way behind on shows. School has just started back but I should still have enough time to do some much needed catching up.

Even though ep 16 Oreimo was kinda dumb in its ending it didnt really hurt the series any it was still a great watch.
I enjoyed the cat fight though :sly: i really cant remember seeing much like it in any other show.
And its not like he threw away everything i think it would still be possable for him to eventually get back together with one of the girls later down the road its not like he burned the bridges pre se' .
Honestly i didn't see Kirino and Kyosuke actually admit they love each other in that way and getting together threw me a little bit because i didn't really think it would happen.

EDIT

This is the exact reason why I did not start Oreimo.

C-Zeta? You have problems getting to ARM?

I keep forgetting to edit the host file in my computer at home. Since over there I have a crapload of work and I get to it as soon as I tunr the computer on, I always forget to do it. And in the work computer, which is where I always logged in to ARM, I cannot edit it.

I'll remember today. I'll.

~rant~

Well considering he wasn't able to stay with his sister, realistically speaking. I think them stopping is probably the more realistic course of action.

He had feelings for Kirino, so he had to act on them. And in time, the girls would probably forgive him for everything that happened. What? Wanted him to happily snuggle up with one of the girls? That wasn't the point of the show.

Make post-it notes and attach it to my forehead?
Ask a ARM member to text/email you about it?
Log on AIM to be IMed about it?
Have Asuka "beat" you to it?

Yes but...
While it fits the meaning behind the name of the show, it makes little sense. When did he start developing such strong feelings for Kirino?

I did a bit of reading up on things, and it seems Oreimo was yet another victim (Unsurprisingly) of not being a very good adaption. Many bits were cut out to cram everything in the time they were given.

Also apparently the ending is different from what the author intended. The author was forced to change the ending from what they originally intended because the publisher wanted to avoid being harassed by incest mail. Makes enough sense if it's true.

If that was the ending, them actually staying together, it would be a whole lot more plausible of an ending rather than what the OVA's and LN's offered.

Madoka Magica is one of those animes that everyone, even the non-anime fan, needs to see. It is something else.

What.

HOW IS THAT MORE PLAUSIBLE?

Them staying together as a sibling couple?! WHAT. No.

Incest is best, put your sister to the test.

Let's see here, they love each other, and they still love each other.

With the ending the OVA's gave us, it was "Oh we love each other, now we don't. We loved each only for this extremely short time. We're back to square one!"

If you genuinely love someone, you're not going to change your mind that fast. If the span of time they were together was much longer, then it could have been more plausible I feel.

Its not that they dont love each other in the end its that there not gonna let that destroy there lives is the point they seem to be trying to make with the way the show ended.

OreImo ending that way because of the publisher putting boundaries. It was the best way to give her that definitive win.

The 2nd PSP game has better endings anyway.

That's not what happened. Not at all. They just knew what was best for their lives, and they did it. Simple as that.
