So I took the time out of my day yesterday to watch Hanamonogatari. It was perfectly alright. But it did get better as it went along.

And make no mistake, Koyomi makes it all so much better. He really makes the show go round.

Numachi was just a little bit evil and dislikeable to me but she was alright I guess. But only fairly good-looking at best.

This artist here is so cool. Apparently does some stuff for Super GT, literally

So I finished off Bokura Wa Minna Kawaisou. It was fun and the art was beautiful but the story didn't go anywhere really. I expected it to get heavy and end nicely like Sakurasou but Kawaisou just fell short.

For a lighthearted watch it does the job nicely though. The humour delivery was on point and I got a good chuckle out of some jokes. Also, Mayumi

I'm probably gonna watch Food Wars next.

@SVX, I still dare you to watch School Days.

@AOS- Bible Black is a masterpiece of the modern age. *sarcasm

@Heldenzeit an Importbible Mogi Sticker is due.

@Cano, is Rayearth really worth it?

@Not_A_Guest Oi m8, u stil alive der?

@Grandea GTR no more Yu Gi Oh?

@nick98 dem pics doe.

In other news, I found this article to be pretty interesting. I've seen enough Shoujo to know the art of courtship now.

After taking practically a month to watch Konosuba, I finally wrapped it up the other day. This has some pretty awkward humor, but I had some laughs. Story is nearly nonexistent though, specifically towards the end.

I think I remember watching that show. Pretty forgettable, hence me not remembering it at all.

As long as you don't forget you're watching a 20+ year old show, yes. The show doesn't look like 20 years but it does look old and the attitude and bive if the show is quite old-school, but not bad in any way.

I still remember watching it a few years ago with the most negative mindset I could give it, and it surprised me how well it held up.

Take all this wih a grain of salt tho, I'm an urremediable fanboy. You'll never know until you watch it.

Wow, that's very nice quality. But I think @dice1998 will appreciate it more

Do you have the link?

1999.co.jp/eng...

or amiami.com. They'll probably have better prices.

edit: yeah, go amiami:

I really like this one.

Made by Alter, 1/7, 150$ approx, up for preorders. My impulse says I should sell my two other BRS figures to acquire this. Though, it doesn't meet my policy of having a proper base.

Just saw the Legion Mate Arc in Vanguard.

It is definitely my 2nd Favourite Arc of all time (behind the Chimera Ant Arc from HxH and overtook the Barian Invasion Arc from Zexal).

I felt like an aftermath Arc after the Link Joker Arc, it had such a big mystery that was able to engage to figure out what and why did it happen. I love how the Main Character shifted to the formers Main Rival for the Arc only.

It ain't perfect, while it tied all the loose ends from the Link Joker Arc, a few new ones showed up especially with a disappointing conclusion to Kourin's story. There is also a massive plot hole (if Kourin and her Sisters memories are tied with Link Joker, how could her memories be erased since Link Joker was never destroyed).

Would you believe that after we saw this figure, we (wife & I) started watching Fate to at least know who the heck Saber is and actually have an excuse to buy it because omfg it's beautiful.
Don't watch the Deen ones.

Whoops, wrong person, was supposed to tag @RESHIRAM5

In other news,

School Days has left an aftereffect on me....
Wasn't even Yugioh I was watching, still watch it.

Sorry but ARC-V is getting really intense and I'm excited to see Yuya fight Kite from Yugioh Zexal like how Yuya fought Jack Atlas from 5D's in a previous episode and soon will fight Aster Phoenix from Yugioh GX.

All the Yugioh's come together in ARC-V, how can I not watch it?

You must be going wild because that wasn't even a question!

Don't you guys ever use 'Hobbylink Japan' ?

About $142 for the same figure.

I don't always buy figures, but when I do... it's in person at Akihabara.

Except I no longer live in Japan, sadface.jpg

Smooth transition to a completely random tanget...

I just started playing The Oregon Trail, and I had a colorful cast of characters in my wagon (aside from me):
Mark Rosewater (Magic The Gathering lead designer), Trent Reznor of NIN, Misato Katsuragi (mai waifu), and Mary Shepherd-Sunderland from Silent Hill 2.

First river, 5 feet deep. I chose to ford it.

...Killed everybody except me and Misato. Cha-ching.

Of course now everything is trying to take my waifu away. She got cholera immediately after the river incident, and after recovering from that she immediately gets bitten by a snake. Seriously, woman??

Holy crap. Before recovering from her first snake bite, she gets bitten by another snake! Seriously, does she have a death wish or something?!

Egad I forgot all about HLJ. sankyu~

Edit: NO- Amiami is cheaper. 14300yen vs. 15800yen. Get outta here! What are you good for? jk

Edit edit: Well, to be fair, Amiami doesn't provide an estimate on shipping so there is some insecurities there.

Man, those 5 feet deep rivers... Not deep in depth, but they're certainly deep in meaning. And they're deadlier than Kyubey, too.

But I have to ask; why the first Oregon River game? The 2nd game seems to have better shannenigan powers, with the FMV actors and whatnot, you can have great fun guessing if they'll look and behave accurately compared to your anime choices. Then again, that's just me...

And it's a good thing you didn't have a Shinji and a Gendo in your team, because lord only knows how quickly it would take for one of them to have an "accidental gunshot wound"...
