Watch Gundam Ball G (G Gundam) it's awesome. Incredibly different...but awesome.

Yeah, I've got a lot left to watch, but those alone were probably 200 or so episodes/60+ hours. I vaguely remember thinking Seed wasn't that great...

Looks like I'll have to add the original Gundam to the front of my Gundam queue, but on it already were G Gundam, Turn A, and Char's Counterattack. Which altogether should take a couple years to get through!

As long as you know you can handle the original animation, go for it.

Newtype as in Newtype, Gundam thing. And Lasto Exile-u is not a great show. And Corvette is a cool dude.

Oh, and watching 2.22 now, finally. Just wondering, don't remember from the series if this is explained, but what is Shinji always listening to? Always tracks 25 and 26...?

Finally finished up disc 1 of Clannad Collection 1 (Watched episodes 4-6.). The show keeps getting more hilarious that's it's ridiculous.

Also, I love how everyone is practically obsessing over stars starfish now.

BTW, it's official. Dragon Ball Z has been put on-hold again. But then again, I only have the first 84 episodes (I haven't watched any of it since I watched episode 50 a couple weeks ago.), and have yet to get any of the other Dragon Boxes (Not the crappy orange brick season sets.). Hopefully 3 and 4 don't sell out soon. Dragon Box 1 and Dragon Box 2 have sold out, and Dragon Box 2 is going for inflated prices. Glad I got mine when I did. Got Dragon Boxes 1 and 2 together for $60 during a sale Rightstuf was having back in August.

After reevaluating the Madoka trailer. I think I mostly just hate Madoka and Sayaka's voice.. Mostly Sayaka. Kyubey's is appropriate and Kyoko's isn't too bad. I also like how the trailer is totally selling it as a kids show

Edit: just finished 2.22. Dayum, what an awesome experience. And anybody who thinks Asuka>Rei is just dumb. Great music, many beautiful atmospheric scenes. Only once did I think I caught poorly integrated CGI and cell-type animation (when all the small people on ... flat escalators? people movers? ... were being suttled back and forth for a couple seconds across the screen.

The thing about Evangelion, it's one of the best mystery/spiritual/mythological type shows ever done... explains just enough, but not too much, to thoroughly engage the imagination, while at the same time keeping it intimately personal, and with 10/10 production values.

Oh, you know he's picky about his Gally representations. Others will appreciate it, I liked her elbow swords, but if it's not one of the frames straight from the manga he'll think it's rubbish, since you can't improve upon perfection.
