Hunter x Hunter (2011) 11
Leorio is a pervert!

Also, holy 🤬. Killua beat that notorious mass murderer with a 968 year sentence in seconds by ripping his heart out in a flash-step fashion. Guess I know what inspired the flash-step in Bleach (As Bleach is much younger than Hunter x Hunter which started in the 90's.
Can this show get any better?:0

Sometime got to check out the manga, and the original 1999 adaption. It's somewhat surprising how popular the series still is in Japan as the creator (Who also created YuYu Hakusho.) has taken many long hiatuses due to his health. So many that it led to VIZ Media catching-up to where the Japanese are at in terms of volumes, and they were releasing Hunter x Hunter kinda slow compared to their other titles.

MG epyon . Ever thought about developing your model kit building skills?

Further development would require me to purchase an airbrush and compressor, and while I definitely want both... I don't have the $600-800+ to pony up.

Not to mention the additional accessories like the honeycombs and what have you. Pfft. :ouch:

Where the freak is Loli?

an airbrush became so tempting suddenly after watching that figurine demo.... but I think I'd rather stick with paintbrushes as having proper ventilation is a hassle... meaning I could only work when there's no car in the garage and obviously when it's not blistering hot or cold out :grumpy:

Still saving and buying what I can. Right now I have paint(RX-79 G colors), thinner, honeycombs, compressor tank (gotta fill it up with air), cement, putty, and a paint station ghetto rigged up (still effective) with a old house fan built out of plywood and 2x4.

My first project will be this :dopey: :

MG...

could barely find any coloured gally drawings.

Fixed.

And

Posted it for you too... last time I'm ever doing that.

Don't be such a crybab(e)y. You know it's pretty sucky. I know you appreciate fine art.

What goddin sez is mostly true- It's incredibly difficult to find good Gally fanart mostly because she is such a difficult character to achieve well. I've tried, trust me. She has something that makes her really difficult to draw well. And after you see what Kishiro does, it's like "what for?"

I saw a Dragon Ball Z commercial for the BD's on TV over 10 minutes ago, wow.

I haven't seen a DBZ commercial on TV since the Orange Bricks were coming out, and that was like 4 years ago.

BTW, "It's OVER 9,000!!!!" returns. As long as FUNimation exists, the meme will never die.:)

Yeah...cramped spaces with toxic fumes in the air is horrible.

Less worry about paint splatter, and more worry about your life. :P

MG...

Have you been modeling a long time?

@Vette: I wish NickToons would hurry the 🤬 up a finish Kai, so I can see how horrible the new seiyu for Gohan sounds during his ascension to SSJ2.

...I also wanna know if they keep the original (Japanese) theme when doing so as well.

This is the commercial. I love how people still rage on about "It's OVER 9,000!!!!", it being older than time (It's only 5 years old.), but not FUNimation using it in practically every commercial for the series now. They use it in other ways, and it's a big marketing tactic. IIRC, in their top 15 moments of Dragon ball Z, they listed "It's OVER 9,000!!!!" as the best one.

They've used the meme in the Dragon Box Z trailer, the cover of Dragon Ball Z Kai part 2 (Vegeta crushing the scouter in rage.), and now the Dragon Ball Z Level 1.2 BD trailer.

I feel like I'm a bad otaku because I just found out volume 4 of the Bandai dub of K-On! came out when it came out a while ago. I just love that anime. Also, anyone know if Clannad is any good? What is it about?

You like K-ON... why would you NOT like Clannad? And you call yourself an otaku.... :P

God forbid the family ever moves into an apartment.. can't do your building work, can't have large power tools, no good way to ventilate a room, can't play loud music, less workspace because of a single floor.... :yuck:

Hee hee! You'll get very split opinions on that here! Some love it, some hate it. But if you're into rom-com moe stuff, you'd be on the love it side.

Yeah, maybe. I love anime in the 'Slice of Life' genre, nothing violent. In fact, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya was my first anime where I then went to Lucky Star then found K-On! so if Clannad is like those, then I may like it. I also like Hetalia but I don't think that would matter. My only requirement for watching something is that it has the official english dub.

I do all my spraying on top of a freezer we no longer use (I spread some newspaper over the lid), and I turn the overhead fan on so it can suck up excess fumes...only complaint I get is from my mom telling me it stinks.

If you want something as effective as spray paint, but with a pen...look into these. They're quite effective, and if you want to take a step further you can get a mixing tray (I forget what they're actually called), get a bit of the paint out of the pen, dip the tip of your paintbrush in it and BAM, precision. :P

What's your avatar from?, looks familiar... Also, check out Welcome to the NHK, not sure if it's dubbed, though.

My avatar is from K-On!, and I just checked the site I go to watch anime, and Welcome to the NHK is dubbed so I may check it out too.

Been modeling for 2 years. And on the ventilating part. Get a pipe with a fan and place the end of the pipe in the window, but buy a extra screen too.

Guy that built this is a beast
