The only bugs I've had with the CSR are 1: The random "spiky" FFB where all of a sudden it feels like the wheel is full of rocks, but that seems to affect all wheels, and a simple session restart seems to fix that. And, 2: The missing FFB bug where on a rare occasion when you go to track in a new session you'll have no FFB, only rumble. Pausing, and then turning off and on the wheel, fixes this one for me.
However, I have had a number of small bugs since the latest patch, mostly affecting the historic tracks it seems.
1: Camera glitching under the track before the start of a race, and when this happens, it usually leads to...
2: Cars sit on grid at race start without the race actually starting, needing a session restart to fix.
3: Engine audio disappearing. When this happens, it seems to be like that for all cars in all sessions until I quit the game and restart it.
4: Not a bug really, but the AI are hilariously bad at driving the classic Lotuses (Yes that is a legit plural). At Hockenheim in the 49C on 100% AI, I qualified on pole by almost 8 seconds without even hooking up a great lap. I restarted and skipped qualifying and started from the back, and they had a massive pile up in the first corner, which I avoided, and I ended up 15th (from 35th on the grid!) after the first turn.
I ended up giving them a 20 second head start, which reminded me of playing GT6 lol. Even with the head start, I had caught up to the back of the pack by halfway 'round the first lap. The reason is they are hopeless at putting the 49C's power down on corner exit, usually wagging the tail around wildly, and they seem terrified of the chicanes at Hockenheim, so they go extremely slowly through them.
Ostkurve is so much fun in the 49C, as you have to fight the urge to brake early, you can brake quite late and bang it back a couple of gears, wipe off a minimum amount of speed and then squeeze it through the chicane, kissing the kerbs on the way through, which is great fun if there are no AI drivers ahead of you going into it. If there is, they slow down way earlier than necessary, giving themselves about twice the braking distance the player can comfortably manage, and then they seem to granny it through the chicane and still lose the rear end on exit lol.
They were so bad at old Hockenheim, that the best music for that race would have been the Benny Hill theme.
On the upside, I have only had one crash since 5.0 came out, so my regular crashes don't happen anymore, but I'm getting smaller bugs now.
