First time entering but I'm still trying to figure out all my decals! A lot of difficulty in this livery!

Final Entry

My GT-R, inspired by a real life custom Japonses GT-R. I tried to give the effect of engravings in the patterns and colours I used. It's really hard to photograph chrome and show the details of decals.

FINAL ENTRY

The Godzilla at its purest, an R32 in Nismo guise. Looking like nothing in the snow unfortunately.

Get it here.

As an added bonus for those downloading the livery, this is just a sticker & wheel kit for your existing R32 allowing you to pick the base colour of your preference.

Might be, might be not. I really don't know - they've been on the car since early February, I've long since deleted them from the favourites.

Newbie to the forum...but couldn't help but post one of my favourite liveries here.

FINAL ENTRY

The streets are never actually this quiet....

Looks great, but the two main shots don't follow the rules. Go read the op better ;)

lower the car by tuning the suspension. R32 have low ride height compare with R34
The suspension tuning stays outside of the race? Good to know, I always wanted to lower some cars for the scape shots. Thanks!

It never used to which was really annoying.

Yep,in scapes the suspension can be lowered.
Though ,when sharing your livery ,it will show the standard height.

The suspension tuning is even kept when creating a livery in the livery editor. Which allows to have « normal » ride height for the RCZ and 4C Gr.3 road cars in the thumbnail, for example.

Just do the « conception » on a car you’ve already lowered.

haha... serves me right for not reading things properly. It's 1 am here at the moment... I'll fix it in the morning.

Probably smart to read before entering a competition of any kind, yes. ;) Nice livery though, and welcome to GTPlanet!

They didn't before though.. This is odd. I used to lower the cars before starting on a livery so that when I shared it, it showed my preferred height. I hated tall cars on the thumbnails.

I remember when I test drove this EXACT one..
I almost bought it too. (I'm sorry if I repeat myself.) I'm 10% pissed I didn't. I'm 90% happy I didn't. A mint Tommy Kaira M25 is hard to find.

My first attempt at a not so clean car. I didn't want to go overboard with patina and have rust everywhere, but have more of a neglected than abandoned look.

FINAL ENTRY

Little Ryoske has been dreaming of owning a Skyline since he first ever laid eyes on one, but father didn't have the money for new one. Ryosk would work hard at his local grocery store over the years to save up enough money to finally buy his Skyline; a R32 Skyline that had a few modifications to make it look like the GTR he really wanted. It's in a rather sad state; rust everywhere, faded paint and decals, engine and suspension problems due to rust and sitting for years. But that wasn't going to stop Ryoski from getting his car. Sure it wasn't an actual GTR, and sure its going to take a lot of work to get looking the way he wants, but it's his car that he bought with his money; and the pride he feels makes it worth more than any badge.

FINAL ENTRY

Godzilla!
I wanted to simulate the Japanese flag on a car and I did that using a red silhouette of the mighty Godzilla.
Interestingly enough, in Australia when Nissan Skylines started racing against the Aussie V8’s, the Nissan’s were quicker and were nicknamed “Godzilla”.

I'll have to redo my entry. The licence plate font is badly off, that's what I get for using an online plate generator. Some photoshopping required to get a proper result because I want those exact numbers.
