hell to the yeah! Its summer, schools out(or so i thought...). But ill be back in 2 weeks time.

How does the reserve list work? Jav maybe do a qualifying session through the week to decide what spots get locked?

I'm able to commit and would rather not test all week and wait around on Sunday nights to find out no reserves are needed. ;)

I'm still undecided, I certainly don't want to do 2 divisions again... As everyone knows not everyone shows up on race day and there's always open slots. Let's see how it all goes this Sunday and hopefully we'll come up with a solution.

You know, with Veloci as the host it seems your connection is working fine, but yet any time I'm the host your connection gets an allergic reaction!

If thats the case, lets keep Veloci as host if it helps. But i really know its on my end.4 what ever reason It will hickup.i can c it sometimes.Red light on modem then green like nothing happend.
 
By the way, why didn't any 1 mention that U can put an aero kit on the NXS LM Car.This is new to me.U can add 20 points more on down force! If i had known that i would have tested that car under a different light, may hav made a differnt choice. Weird option for that car. Gotta be an unseen glitch.
Does any 1 know of any other race cars u can change the aero kit on?? Let me know.

I did not know that! We might need to re-test that car with the upgraded aero package...
 
You have to. I remember in a series which I was in, the Audi R8 '05 was mighty, and that was partway due to the downforce you could add to it, which helped keep the rear absolutely planted all of the time. Since it wasn't something which you would stop, it became a problem. I don't think that it will really benefit the NSX much, so no penalties should be needed.
 
So as a reserve can drive any car? If I reserve in then I'll be using that NSX. She was the car I tried to get in before

Also Jav have you considered the RX8 LM looks like the 787 livery. If it would fit in. That would be my car of choice. Just on Livery alone. LOL

I wouldn't mind driving the RX8 too. :)

Lol! Unfourtunately that car sucks big time! Just can't keep up...
 
You can add the wing to the nsx, but you can visually tell unlike the 05 r8 lmp. At least on the local screen you can tell the wing is added, not sure if it's remote. Increases the downforce on the rear to 80 and stabilizes the rear a lot.

The NSX was actually tested and homologated with the GTAuto wing, still testing to find if there's any actuall difference.

if it was balanced with the wing then everything is fine. I dunno if anyone used the wing in the last race, but it didn't show any huge advantage if they did. The Citroen/NSX were trading places back and forth through the race as far as I could tell. I was on their bumber for a few laps then my grip fell away with the tires and slid back.
 
I checked the replay, and Velocy was using the upgraded wing, Lucky wasn't using it wich explains the pace difference between the 2 of them.
 
the wing doesnt make much of a difference. i installed it just because i was surprised i could. im not using any extra downforce since it just pushes the car down in the rear, which doesnt help due to the fact it is actually pretty planted in high speed corners. The rear downforce would only cause understeer and drag, two things that car doesnt need. with it off, the car is just as fast.
 
We were practicing the other day when lucky added the wing and he said it made him faster. Which it did. His time at Nurburgring GP was 1.5 to 2 sec. faster with it than without it. Sinladar, toyotsupra and I were in the room when Sinladar told lucky about the wing. He left to change it then came back and posted a faster time with it on. :crazy:
 
what kind of lap times were being run? If I remember correctly, I was doing 1:58s both with and without the wing. Maybe it fixes a bad set up.

Down force at the rear of an oversteering car should make it faster. Would need to test myself to be sure.
